Exceptional red light therapy
This red light therapy pad works extraordinarily well. It is generously sized, giving good coverage with flaps to go up the neck or across the shoulder. While it is intended for neck and shoulders, I used it alternatively across my abdomen to reduce inflammation and pain from a diverticulitis flare up. I did research to be sure it was acceptable to be used in this manner. I got some great pain relief! It is very easy to use. The manual explains the timer, light strength and how to select the various light settings.

Really easy to use
When I first started looking for a heating pad for my neck and upper back, I had my doubts about this product. Since this one uses red light treatment, I thought I would give it a try. I’m not sure if this is a placebo, but since I started taking it, my neck pain has decreased. The temperature is exactly rightâit’s not so hot that you have to worry about falling asleep with it on. It’s incredibly simple to use, and since I’m small and short, it fits me perfectly.

I recently purchased this item because I get really tense on my shoulders and neck, because I work from home and I am always at my desk typing and such.This Neck therapy device did provide me with some relief on my shoulders, it does not get overly hot and you can use it sitting in your computer, your bed, kitchen table etc.Super light in weight, and it has different modes.It does not come with a manual that teaches you how long you should wear it for, but you can do your own research on it.

I did like this product but I returned it because the infrared 850 nm did not work. Also.. the cover on the leds were very plastic and felt cheap

This Red Light Therapy Shoulder Neck Strap is such a game-changer for me. Iâve been alway having tenderness and pain in my neck, shoulder and lower back. This pad helps me to relief and relax my muscle pretty well without burning or uncomfortable. There are multiple modes that allow you to adjust time, heat, and brightness.Itâs very easy to use. I very like it so far. I think it would be my routine therapy now. Also, price is reasonable.
