Decent unit for the price but poor packaging and terrible instructions.
See the photo. The burner components were not well packaged and came in a jumble. Luckily the cooktop itself was under another layer of foam, so it wasn’t damaged. This is an inexpensive Chinese product. I bought it because it was all I could get delivered on a weekend, and was in a bind. It works fine, but don’t expect the same quality level of a name brand. You have to hold the knob down for a few extra seconds once the burner is lit. Let off too soon and it goes out. It’s a little annoying. The instructions were really frustrating. I have installed plenty of gas appliances and wouldn’t normally read the instructions. However, it came with an external regulator which shouldn’t be necessary for typical US natural gas installation, but the instructions were so poor that it was impossible to know whether it was required or not. Obviously, they ship these things all over the world, so they try to make it universal. It would be nice if they invested a couple of bucks on a decent installation procedure.

I personally installed this stove. At the beginning the flames were very weak. Only the small burners would stay on, and the flames were hardly visible. But I left it on for 30 minutes because I knew my newly installed gas line had alot of air inside, so I need it to let scape and burn out. As usage increased the flames became stronger. My advice is that if flames aren’t strong enough, give it a day or two of usage before returning it.

Decent quality – easy to install
Unit was easy to install and functions well. Surface is easy to keep clean. The grates that hold the pots above the flame could stand improvement. It has minimal support and a pot or pan has to be placed just right for it to be stable. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

It’s ignition not working as expected. You have to try multiple times for ignite. Feels risky and have to wait for your lucky click to start the hob. Would not recommend it.
