Does exactly what it says it will do
This Lumbar supporter and Back brace fit well and was surprisingly comfortable while wearing. The straps were soft and you can really feel the support it creates for your back. I donât have as good of posture as I would like, I slouch over a lot which is easy to do. I have been wanting something that would help remind me to stay sitting and standing up straight. This back brace was the answer for me.I spend a lot of my days with my generic heating pad on my back and it is awkward and annoying, it folds up behind me and I am constantly having to readjust it.Along with this back brace helping me with the extra support I need to keep myself up straight, it also has a heating capability with its infrared heating. It has three setting to choose from of low, medium, and high. I had never used an item with this feature before or type of heat but I was pleasantly surprised.Itâs never fun or comfortable to have to be wearing something bulky on your person; but they really did everything they could to make this brace as comfortable as possible to wear including using stretchy yoga material in the straps. At times I even forgot I had this on.When you start to slouch over and for me I naturally do after some time being upright, this hugs you in just the right ways to make slouching uncomfortable reminding you to try to stay upright.I was only able to wear it for a short period before I wanted a rest from it. But I really think thatâs just me adjusting to it, and like anything it will become more natural overtime.I felt this was a high quality item, it was easy to take on and off, the straps didnât dig into my shoulders, and it fit overall pretty well. If anything it was my shirt underneath that was getting on my nerves, you wonât want to wear a baggy shirt under this it wonât be comfortable.I am looking forward to more uses with this and it hopefully providing me some help with the areas I have been needing.

Interesting heated back brace
This is the first back brace Iâve seen that has a heating element. Itâs cool it can keep your back/spine warm. It comes with a charging cord and 2 extender pieces, the Y shaped extender piece, I ha e mo clue how to use as it was not listed how to use in the instructions. It was easy to put on, but the first time I used the heat, I had to look at a mirror to see which button to press and see what heat level it was. Unfortunately, my boob got in the way of me seeing the buttons/lights. Once you get used to the buttons/heat level rotation/beep sounds, you donât really need to see the buttons anymore. This really keeps my back upright and straight. I donât slouch wearing this. The warmth feels good too. This is a unique back brace and I like it. Happy with product.

Slips when sitting, Not made for tall people
I really wanted to love this heated back brace. The warming feature worked great, and it’s comfortable to wear. The problem is the thing just didn’t fit, even with the extensions.I’m six feet tall, and I wanted this for my lumbar region. When I added the extensions, it barely reached my lower back. When I sat, it pulled up to my mid back. This might work for upper back problems if you’re tall, but it won’t help with lumbar issues.

Great for Correcting Posture
Being a back pain sufferer, Iâve noticed that my posture is also suffering because I tend to bend forward to relieve the pain.After having a back procedure to help, I thought this Viverde Infrared Heating Back Brace might help my posture.The brace is well-made and fairly easy to put on once itâs adjusted. Even though the description says itâs an âinvisible wear designâ, I could not quite achieve that. The top part of the brace is always pretty obvious, but itâs OK because I only wear it when at home.The back brace does force you to improve your posture and it becomes very obvious when you try to slouch. Operating the on/off and heat modes are pretty intuitive. The heat is an added plus and makes my back feel so good.After using the brace for 3 days, my back feels better when Iâm not even using the brace.Overall, the back brace is one of the best Iâve ever used and as a person with back issues, I know because I have used many.

Nice brace but wish it was bigger.
This is a well-made and designed back brace and it includes an waist extension strap as well as a back extension strap to allow for use on larger bodies. However, what there is not, are extensions to the shoulder straps. I am able to fit the brace with the included extension straps but that leaves the shoulder straps too short. I can get them fastened, but just barely. As a result they end up a little on the tight side. All of that said, the brace does provide decent support and a reminder to have correct posture. The heating portion is a nice feature and I can tell it gets warm but it is pretty limited in heat output – it could definitely be warmer. Battery life is decent but certainly doesn’t last all day and there isn’t a good way to run off of regular power.

Amazing help for posture
I would give this an extra star if it would let me because I am in awe over how much better my back feels after just a couple uses! As soon as I got home last night I put it on and instantly my back felt better. I wore it for a couple hours around the house and while I was cooking. I type a lot at work and sometimes after I get a few thousand words in I realize that my chin is half way to my knees and I end up with a back and shoulder ache. This has already helped so much at work! I’ve been typing all morning and I’ve actually kept my posture and my back feels amazing! The heat is very light heat.. At least through a layer of clothes. But it is comforting and feels good. Even without it on it feels good! If you have back aches because of bad posture this will be one of the best things you have ever invested in!

the material feels nice, kinda stretchy and comfy, donât dig into my skin or nothin. supposed to help with posture and support the lower back, and i guess it does, but i ain’t feelin a huge difference. the heat thing is cool, gets warm but not crazy hot. magnets? no clue if they do anything but hey, they there. adjustable fit is solid tho, don’t slide around too much. i been usin it while sittin at my desk and walkin around. helps a lil but ain’t life-changing.
