It arrived on time. The range is simple to use and works well. The finger print resistant panel is real. Make sure you watch a video on how to install the front panel first and do NOT remove the small pin from the door.

Worst Range EVER
Stay far away from this range. I had this installed a little over a year ago and it has already broken twice. This second time, I’ve spent almost a week trying to get a response from customer service. I’ve spent nearly four hours waiting on hold to speak to someone, created cases online, and have requested call backs and I have not spoken to one person or received one email on the matter.Not to mention, the second time the oven broke I smelled burning. So now, I have no oven to use, with family coming into town for the holidays. I basically should have taken $3000 and thrown it in the trash because I would have been in exactly the same situation I am now. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND.
