Unit runs 24/7. Doesnât shut off. There is no customer service phone number. Everything is done via e mail with an AI GENERATED generic response. Like Iâd it plugged in? Iâd be really worried if it was running all the time and wasnât plugged in. Numerous back and forth and with O help.

It Beeps all day and all night!
I love having the idea of freeze fridge in my loft bar/movie room. This thing beeps constantly and stops for maybe a couple minutes but it then it continues on and on. Iâve tried everything reset multiple times nothyworks. I might just give up!

Beeping, fan freezing, noisy at times
2 pairs were bought 5 months ago for storing food and beverages on a catamaran. One unit beeped all the time and was finally replaced by Vevor in which the replacement did not beep. Both unit fans seize up about once a month as they build up with ice on the fan and coils. The units begin to get really loud at this point. They have to be defrosted nearly monthly. The tracks on which the drawers sit are not the best as sometimes the drawers stick, wonât fully shut, and sometimes not noticeable. Not a great value for the money and much troubleshooting to keep these functional.

We purchased this for fruit and smoothies at the kitchen island. The option of fridge on top and freezer on the bottom was super appealing. Great compact unit until the freezer just stopped getting cold. Temperature set at -17c but nothing is frozen anymore. Not a great purchase unfortunately. I was excited because the price is literally half of the competition but now I know why. I donât even know what to do with this now. A very expensive mistake.
