Great service
The stove is a focus point in the kitchen. The Forno customer service was very helpful and resolved two little issues I had with it. First, a simple adjustment of the knob to make it work right, and the second was the convection fan replacement. The company shipped the part and provided a local shop to make the replacement. The stove came in a well-protected box and packaged to survive anything in transportation. Overall, it’s a pricey stove but a bargain compared with other brands. We are very happy with this high-end stove.

Wow!Was delivered in a shipping box made of plywood from Forno. This thing is fantastic, very pro looking. The 5 20,000 btu burners are huge and the grates are heavy. Nicest range I have ever owned. All the things you want, No electronics to fail, all switches are manual, oven thermostat is analog.Beautiful!Highly recommend if you have the budget.

This range is first class. The crate that it was shipped in is unbelievable. You could tell from the start that Forno takes pride of this oven. It looks very professional. The burners all have a high BTU and there are five of them. The grates are heavy duty. The racks have a glide out feature and are also heavy duty. I love this range and highly recommend.
