Weâve had it for a week. Like the look of the stove a lot, but the burners arenât working correctly and Iâm having a hard time getting customer service to get back to me. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY ! I was sent a video and told to fix it myself. I told them absolutely not, send a repairman. They sent a repairman (yes itâs under warranty). Itâs still not fixed. None of the burners go to a simmer on the simmer option.. the igniters all click when you try to lower the burner flame levels. And i was told this is how it is supposed to be. Hahaha. Terrible customer service. If it has a simmer setting. And the burner flames wonât lower to simmer when you turn the knobs to the simmer setting. Then there is something wrong with it. Iâm considering a return. Iâve had this range 2 weeks and the problem has not been resolved. Does not do what it says it does. A lot of money spent for something that doesnât work right and terrible customer service. Zero stars

Love my stove!
I ordered this and love it. The igniter went out right after I got it, but they fixed it immediately. Customer service is super! I plan on cooking lots more!
