How many clothes can this dry at once?
A 3.5 cu. ft. dryer can hold up to 13.2 pounds of clothes. We recommend filling it up halfway for optimal drying results.
Can I fit a comforter in this?
This dryer can fit queen size sheets but not a comforter. Comforters are too bulky and heavy to use in a compact dyer. Recommended for professional dry clean only.
Is everything included for installation?
It is recommended that the unit be vented outdoors. A ventilation kit is not included. A ventilation kit with a 4” diameter duct can be purchased at your local hardware store.
Can I use a dolly to roll it around?
No. It is recommended to place the unit on a flat, level surface. Adjustable leveling legs must be adjusted to ensure an even floor surface.
How often does the filter need to be cleaned?
The lint filter assembly should be cleaned before or after each use. The lint filter assembly consists of three parts: exhaust vent shroud, lint filter, and exhaust filter.

Good but sizing off
I liked this so much! The first use flooded the bathroom but that was totally my fault my sink is clogged and I had the draining hose go into it , I ran the washer a 2nd time drained in the tub and it was perfect no issues! I read that some people were having issues with a leaking pipe I did see the pictures but mine didn’t leak even missing the same piece. I ran the washer a good 4 times maybe in one day to take to the dryer , I didn’t purchase the dryer with it I want to maybe I’ll go back for it my apartment is 600sq so not terrible big. Finding a place to keep it would be my issue but anyways I was having trouble with my neighbors it’s only one washer and dryer in the building between 6 units! One unit leaves there items in the washer for days! And or the dyer! Lately the washer has been broken and there’s another building with a 4 washers I’m it for like the rest of the community. I didn’t want to walk over there and I don’t mind washing in my unit not picking anyone’s things out the washer and just running my things down for an hour dry! The thing about the washer is I got the smallest one thinking it wouldn’t be big and there is so much empty space at the bottom of this washer I wish I got the next size up I believe the exterior is the same size. I can get a nice amount in here so I’m not complaining , I did 4 sweatpants and light pair of pants in one which is the picture I used above. 3 nightgowns two leggings and two thick shirts long sleeve in another. So it does hold a good amount even at this size. It came with the sink hook ups that work I’m so glad it did I was a bit worried it wouldn’t. I got the cart thingy to push it around which I totally recommend getting. I never had a washer before so I was super excited and I love it so much my bathroom is very tight but its enough room for the washer, if I didn’t have sink probably I would just take it off the stand thingy so I would have more room it’s the same depth as my sink so I wanted it to be flush but not a big deal , I recommend and for the price I’m really not complaining.

Pros:-Space saver-Washes well-Energy saver-beeps like 15,000 times when it’s done (I’m exaggerating)Cons:-Pretty loud to run at night in an apartment. Tumble is loud.-Not capable of large loads. It will not wash your clothes well if you stuff it. You may be able to wash 3 pairs of Jean’s at once and a long sleeve shirt, or several white t-shirts, for instance, or run one load for socks only.-If your machine does not spin the water out, pause the cycle, empty the hose, then try again. It might be air caught in the hose.-Cannot open the lid while it’s filling up water in the rinse cycle. An error message will appear along with a loud beep, and you’ll have to restart the load. Just pause the load first, add fabric softer, close lids, and the press the play button again to resume load.Remember, this machine is for apartments, not supposed to do what the laundromat does, capacity-wise. So if you want to keep your pile low, I recommend running a couple of loads a day.Other than that, it works well, and the speed cycle is half the time than the rest, which is close to 20 minutes.

08/01/2021Update to my original review. I am changing the rating on this washer. I have not had this long at all and there are already numerous issues.1. The foam padding on the inside, between the wash tub and outer covering that absorbs shock and noise during spinning has already come off. It is held on by some weak double sided tape and its almost impossible to get your hand down in there to pull them out and replace the tape.2. The capacity is much smaller than it looks. I tried putting a pair of jeans in with a couple of small thin t-shirts and sometimes it struggles to get them all clean.3. The water inlet on the machine is leaking water badly. The hose is fine but the port, where it sits on the inside of the machine, in an inaccessible spot is leaking. I did a load and came back to a kitchen floor flooded in soapy water.4. There are many times where the machine starts beeping for what seems like no reason, then you realize that the hose is not draining properly. You have to lower the hose into a bucket for a couple of minutes for the drain pump to finally kick in and then it starts draining properly.This thing is shoddily made and of poor quality. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. I did purchase an extended warranty so hopefully they can send a repair person to either fix it or just give me my money back. I will be purchasing a better one with much better reviews. Such as the one from The Laundry Alternative._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ORIGINAL REVIEW:This is a wonderful little machine but there are a few issues.1. Size. It is a great size to sit in the corner of my kitchen. The tub size however is smaller than expected. The listing does not give an accurate description of the actual size of the tub. I mean I understand it is not going to hold a full size load. I can do a few shirts, some underwear, socks and a pair of pants at once but it struggles with a pair of jeans and a sweater.2. Controls. The controls are not the worst but also not the best. Once you set the load size and then select the load type, the load size resets to medium and you have to go back and set to large again. It’s a bit frustrating.3. Leaks. Yes, this leaks. It leaks at the faucet connection but a little Teflon tape takes care of that. The real leak is at the drain hose. Where is connects to the machine at the bottom more specifically. It does leak a bit there. I keep a Swiffer next to this to mop up the small amount of leak. It’s not a large amount, just a few dribbles but its still annoying.4. Foam Padding. On the inside of the machine, on both sides of the tub there is foam padding to help with the spinning and vibration. They are held in place with these tiny strips of like double sided tape. They do not stick well at all and are all the time sliding down to the bottom of the unit. I have to cram my hand inside, which is painful as its a VERY hard space to reach, pull them back up and restick them. A little bit of better tape will fix this issue.5. Draining. Every now and again it just will not drain. It’s almost like the pump just said “I’m tired right now, try again later”. Taking the hose and lowering it into a bucket for a moment then back into the sink usually fixes it. It does not happen often but it does every so often.Overall this is a great washer. It cleans really well. Just a few things to deal with but for the price I recommend it. I do also recommend getting the extended protection warranty just in case it is needed. It’s worth the extra 18 dollars. I would not buy again because I do plan on upgrading to one with a bit of a bigger capacity at some point but for a small apartment absolutely! It spins all the water out and everything is dry within a few hours. It has saved me a lot of money!.
