I’ve never purchased this companies products before. But I have to say from the packaging to the end of the installation and using this heater, its been a easy and nice experience.Very well packed, no damages or scratches at all.Everything you need for the installation was included plus they were thoughtful and gave you an extra set of hardware just in case !Their instructions were spot on, easy to understand and very thorough.They included a very easy to use template with a small level which was amazing and made this job a piece of cake. I really appreciated this.Their hardware was not cheap. The screw heads did Not round off and remained intact as I installed them. The drywall anchors did not bend and get messed up as I hammered them into the drywall.The unit is lightweight, which I appreciate and appears to be well made.Installation was a breeze and even if you accidentally bumped it, it will Not fall off the wall.Operation is easy and you have options to control it from your cell phone or the remote they provide. The app is very easy to understand and you have options to oscillate or keep the blades still at certain angles. You can set up the heater to run on your own personal schedules, set the timer to shut off, a energy eco feature and much more.The appearance is sleek and modern and looks professional.I’m using it in my mudroom, as that room gets colder since its attached to the garage. The heater has Not disappointed, it makes the mudroom very comfortable effortlessly. Dude, got this for my mom and had to do a bit of modding (I live in an old wood panel house) check out my fix below…..anyways, this heater heats the loft of a faux chalet PERFECTLY! Barely makes a sound and for the amount of area it covers…a must have for people who are leaning away from baseboards, gas, hvac or you just can’t get the the fireplace to start. Works well and the 24hr timer feature is nice . Wifi, has an PhoneApp and can be controlled via Alexa or GoogleI traced the holes from the mounting template for on a 1/4in board (plywood) and cut the wood in to a square shape with about an inch left of margin area on the outside of the holes from the top and bottom sides and about a half inch on the left and right sides (slightly smaller than the actual leveling template) drilled my pilot holes and used shorter screws than the ones that were included. I centered and leveled the newly formed mounting plaque and used two of the included screws to go in to a single beam! The is a easy fix and puts less holes in the wall. Would really only recommend this method for homes with wood paneling and the studs/beams are too far apart/ close together.

This has been wonderful so far. Bought to hear a space that we wanted to be a bit warmer, about 100 sq ft and it has worked great. Thermostat and schedule are reliable and easily managed via the app.

This heater is a nice permanent solution if you use a space heater. It’s connected to Wi-Fi so you can control it from anywhere. You can set a schedule so you can heat your room between two points in time each day of the week, certain days of the week, or seven days of the week. It has a thermostat which seems reasonably accurate since I have another thermostat in the room and it agrees. It has the ability to waft air up and down, straight ahead, up or down so you can avoid breezes on yourself. It’s quiet, it’s lightweight and it’s easy to hang on the wall. It also comes with a remote control although I find using the phone app super-convenient.

Great value and very effective
I recently converted my garage to a 500 square-foot one bedroom, one bathroom in law suite. I donât have any HVAC system at all because I didnât want to go through the expense of installing ductwork or even doing a mini split. In my experience, the garage, which is partly underground, itâs usually pretty cool in the summer and since the project of converting it took place during the winter of 2024 I focused for the moment on heating the space and purchased three of these â one for the bathroom, one for the bedroom, and one for the living room. Itâs been very cold this winter and I can pleasantly report that these units serve the purpose as my primary source of heat. The app is phenomenal and allows you to control things remotely. I honestly couldnât be happier with these units and Iâm thinking of buying more to put as supplemental heating units in the main living space as well.

Lo instale en pared a la altura de unos 30 cms antes del techo pero no siento mucho cambio, ya que lo he llegado a encender 30 min antes de entrar al area pero no se siente mucho , y estando ahi solo se siente aire. Si se siente aire caliente pero si esta en ventilacion oscilatoria no noto que caliente. Es un area de unos 8 mts cuadrados
