The dryer works amazingly!!
I really like the size of the dryer because it is compact. Along with the compact dryer, I have a compact washing machine. The dryer holds two loads of laundry from the washing machine. At first I was using dryer sheets, and I noticed that the filter screen was getting sticky. When I would try to remove the lint, it was like trying to remove cotton candy. It was difficult to clean the cloth dryer filters, too. Several times, I used dish soap and an old tooth brush to remove the sticky coating on the lint filter, but the next time I dried clothes, the filter was sticky again. I did some research on dryer sheets. I read that dryer sheets can leave a coating of residue inside your dryer. The residue can get on your dryerâs sensors and interfere with its ability to properly dry. When I cleaned the filer, I was feeling the coating of residue from the dryer sheets. So, I found a tip where you mix equal parts of water and fabric softener in a spray bottle. Then I spray a washcloth with the solution, not dripping wet, but damp and I put it in the dryer with my clothes. After starting this, I noticed that the lint filter parts were not sticky anymore. The lint came off the screen without any problem, and I used a lint roller to get any left over lint or animal hair off from the cloth filter. Dryer sheets may be convenient, but for my personal use, using the liquid fabric softener my dryer does not feel “sticky” anymore.

IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at the manufacturer for warranty or parts
We have this unit in our RV paired with a Pinnacle washer as a stack unit. It works. It dries clothes. Takes a while, but it works. My issue is….. after 1 year of regular normal use, one day the dryer simply stopped after about 5 minutes. It got really hot. after cooling off, it started again, but again stopped after 5 minutes. further inspection found the blower belt to be broken. I simply am trying to reach the manufacturer to get a replacement belt. I don’t want warranty replacement, I don’t want a new unit. I just want a damn belt. I try to call the number in the owners manual, which provides minimal information at best, and never get an answer. left messages, with no response. I’ve emailed for a return call or info on where to get a replacement belt. To no avail. In short, it works fine until it breaks. Then you may as well get on Amazon and just buy a new unit for $500 and be done with it. cause I’ve wasted a week of my life trying to contact them to get a stupid $10 part. BTW, I also tried about 4 appliance repair guys. they have no idea where to get the part. But they would be happy to come look at it for an $80 service call and $120/hour labor. Very frustrated. Our next RV, I will definitely spend the extra money to get a quality item made by a reputable company that is accessible for follow up service.
