I’ve always used one of these for my basement without worry.
I like this brand and trust this brand. I hear more stories about house fires with a space heater being knocked over. I’ve used this brand and finally wore one out as it heats my basement. Actually, it keeps a corner of my basement or family room a little warmer compared with what it would be without a heater. Nice remote and very quiet. I’m quite happy with this model.

This is a very nice heater. I liked that it was small. It’s very easy to control heat output and it’s remoteWe have an old home with only one control, so we have to heat all three floors all the time. This little heater we use in our bedroom at night to just take the chill off the air before we sleep, and it works great. It heats up our bedroom fast. We use our wood fireplace each night to save heating bills but that make our upstairs very cold. Nice heater.

Had this heater for less than thirty days…lame
I bought this heater back in December, and within one month it would not turn on. I notice that by moving it around some, it is making a noise as if something is loose inside the casing, to which I deduced is probably something to do with the tilt switch. Don’t know, don’t care to investigate further. Returning this POS for a refund ASAP. Look elsewhere if you want reliability, folks….

They sent a USED heater but it works well
Well Iâm pretty irritated that I was sent a USED heater – it has scratches, dust, remote is out of its protective sleeve, cord is haphazardly placed. However, the unit is working as intended. If you donât mind a beat up, used heater, then youâll be happy. It heats well.

Smaller than the 10 year old heater it replaced. The emote is awesome. Pushes out heat immediately. No idea about the cost efficiency, but it is very convenient. Takes the chill out of the living area / kitchen, 300 sq’. Use a second to do the same in the bedroom. The heat / fan does a great job directing the warmth towards a seating area. The smaller size allows for easier storage.

It is an attractive little appliance, it looks like a piece of furniture. The remote is nice, but you need to be quite close for it to work. Iâm only heating a small space, so I anticipate that it will be adequate.

Product is great for small and medium spaces (less than 1000 sq. ft). Room becomes comfortably warm; with warm moist air.The only drawback: Maybe the manufacturer can produce a bigger equipment: one that heats a larger room… about 1000 to 1500 sq. feet…. which is the size of most “older” living rooms (like mine).

I canât believe I spent 180.00 on this product and it broke down after one winter season. I went to walmart and found a heater for 80.00 and it has lasted longer. How do I get a refund or replacement?
