Great
This is just what I was looking for, for my back patio. I sit outside in the corner and smoke my cigars and this sits about 4 to 6 feet away, depending on the temperature and Iâm absolutely comfortable in my hoodie and hat. Heats up quickly itâs super quiet and does the job so far. Iâve got hardy plank for siding so that seems to reflect and retain the heat in my little corner. Iâm a happy old smoky man.

Heater 5* confusing assembly
The heater itself itâs awesome, but the assembly was torture. Everything was going fine with assembling , kind of easy actually until I get to the last 2 rods , it seemed like on rod had a plastic cap that made it impossible to match the next rod. I had to break that little plastic crown to make it work. Other than that no problems. I had to make it work because I am super lazy in returning things . I just donât

More convenient and lighter than propane heaters
This was exactly what I’ve been looking for. I wanted a stand patio heater for my lake house that wasn’t propane. I know propane heaters can get hotter, but they’re such a pain in the butt. I hate having to lug around that heavy tank and then I always run out in the middle of using it. Such a pain! This unit is more convenient and much lighter than the propane heaters. It fits my needs perfectly. I was shocked at how well everything was packaged and protected. The large pieces were all wrapped up in their own boxes. It arrived in perfect condition and everything you needed to assemble it was included. The directions were very clear and It was a breeze to assemble. I was impressed with the stand. It’s much nicer and sturdier than I expected. You can even adjust the height of the stand. The tip over safety switch is a nice addition to have, just in case. The remote is also handy and very convenient. It’s nice that I don’t have to get up to shut it off, if I’m getting too hot. This baby puts out a nice amount of heat. The carbon fiber heating element warms up my covered patio nicely. Don’t let the fact that there are no other reviews for this product deter you from buying it. I’ve been using SereneLife products for years and they’re top notch and perform wonderfully. I’ve actually just bought 4 infrared electric space heaters from them for my lake house and my home. I’m absolutely loving all of them. They’re well manufactured with high quality materials. I’m looking forward to using these for a long time to come.

I love this heater!
This heater is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Great instant heat output, absolutely silent, easy to operate and very sturdy! I love the variable height feature moat of all! I assembled it to be as low to the ground as possible to provide direct heat when I sit outside on my open deck in the mornings with my coffee. At 30 degrees this morning, I am perfectly comfortable with this heater and a throw blanket! This is the third heating unit I’ve tried for this purpose. The others weren’t high enough, hot enough, and/or stable enough. This one is perfect! Third time was a charm! ð The only thing I don’t like is the flashing blue light when it is off but still plugged in. Everything else is perfect.

Small area Heating coverage
I use the heater on my deck, attempting to use my deck into the Michigan Fall. Heater works fine for heating an individual, positioning it close or even behind the person in 50 degrees weather. I donât like, Heat output is okay as long as you stand/sit close, unfortunately No blower, heater must be close, will not keep a group of people warm.

Nice unit, but most of the cord is attached to the support pole.
Product is being used in a small, 9′ x 9′, screened porch on our condo in a western suburb of Milwaukee. The room has vinyl film windows over the screens, which do block the wind in cool weather. We installed this heater to enable us to use the area as a 3-season room. It’s only early October, and it does take the chill out of the area in the mornings and evenings. Hopefully, we can make use of the space into November, and then resuming in April or May. I noticed that the unit is either ON or STANDBY (flashing blue light). It never turns completely off either by remote or manual button. The other issue is the short amount of cord available. Most of the cord length is taken by the height of the pole, with only a couple of feet left at the bottom. I had to use a heavy extension cord to plug it in.

First, the heater works fine. For that I rate it 5. It loses a mark for the confusing assembly instructions that definitely need an update and revision. The card that offers a warranty and free cover included in the package is very annoying. After going through all the steps to get the warranty (successful), I applied to the “free gift”. presumably the cover for the unit. After filling out the steps the website told me that it did not ship outside the USA. Hey Serenelife, there are countries outside America you know. Put the shipping restriction on your card. -.5 of a grade for that wasted effort.The other -.5 comes from the stand. It’s a great base. Heavy and robust. However the pole or stem that holds up the heater is too light and when moving the unit, it bends the base/stem connection even though I tightened the base onto the stem as tight as it could go.Otherwise I like the unit and as long as you are a bit handy, you should be able to overcome these issues.The other deduction

I was confused as thought i bought the floor and wall hanging model – going back to description was misleading. The base came dinted -We feel it is not safe for pets or children which we donât have at moment. Use only for garage. It takes a lot energy as lights dim when starts. It also does NOT have a safety off if it gets left on too long – thought this be code for ontario -Canada I am forever checking it.And also Canada we canât apply for warranty or get the free cover which should be part of the product or option. Putting together was bit of a challenge and my husband is a mechanic – also there are these foam holders in heater that are to be removed which started on fire when plugged in. That should have had a huge warning -With mail strike returning is not an option.
