Unit is everything we expected
First, from a visual perspective, it is very sleek and stylish. The unit fit perfectly under our countertop and runs very quietly–more quiet than our refrigerator. I like the dual temperature zones to separate wine from soda/beer/etc. The pull outs are very convenient and sturdy–I was concerned that the weight of the wine bottles or multiple cans might put too much pressure on the shelves once they slid out, but that is not a problem at all. We researched several products over a few weeks to land on this one and I was aware of some reviews that were not favorable. Those appear to be outliers based on my experience of the unit so far. Overall, I give the unit a 5 star rating.

Great product
This is really nice but should be for the price. Quiet enough with a good amount of storage. The shelves slide out correctly and has a nice sleek look. Also the shipping was white glove and very efficient with on time delivery. They call to set up appointment and give you time frame which is adhered to. The delivery men were super. Brought in, unpacked and set everything up. Extremely helpful to get that service. Would highly recommend the product and company.

Unacceptably noisy
The unit is good looking and seems to provide good temperature control but is very noisy in operation.There is a 60 second cyclical buzzing noise that occurs continuously when the compressor is not operating. Initially it would be 48 seconds of noise followed by 12 seconds of silence, then repeating continually. Now it is 57 seconds of noise followed by seconds of silence then repeating. The volume level of the noise has increased as well. The buzzing noise only abates when the compressor is operating and returns after the compressor has shut off.When the compressor is in operation it is also quite loud, significantly louder than the noise from the refrigerator in the adjacent kitchen.Both the buzzing and compressor noises can be heard two rooms away (around a corner). The only solution I can see is to move it into the garage, which defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place.For a unit of this supposed quality and expense the noise levels are both unexpected and disappointing.

Quiet, beautiful and excellent quality
We are so happy with our Zephyr Presrv 24” Wine Fridge & Beverage Refrigerator. It is very beautiful with a super practical dual zone where we can put bottles and cans of beverages. We love it and have plans to put it under our to be added wet bar counter. John at Right Stuff Products has provided me with excellent and quick service support as well. I highly recommend this seller for this product.

Great product, great service!
The Zephyr Preserve is great value and looks elegant in our new home wet bar. The interior space is well designed. Exterior finish is impeccable. Unit is quiet and temperatures are accurate. HKL customer service was wonderful and efficient. Through two ice storms, we were able to get delivery and exchange another model with full credit and minimal coordination. HKL Distributing, AllStatesWorld Cargo and Hills Air Support all were seamless and professional. Thanks. Raising a toast!

Very nice….but over priced.
The doors are not even and drives me crazy to look at. Quite disappointing for a supposed high quality product. Other than that is quiet and keeps my drinks cold. Blue LEDs are cool.

Going Strong since Aug 2020
Iâve owned this Zephyr wine & beverage refrigerator for over 4 years now and I have never had an issue with it. It is extremely quiet and I would recommend buying it.
