I love that it has a programmable timer and thermostat. The hook up was easy and installation on the wall was easy. I used different mounting hardware just because of my particular situation. Otherwise the mounting kit was fine. This heater really does a nice job of providing fast heat to a relatively large area. I donΓ’ΒΒt really understand the technology, but it seems to perform as well or better than the 1500W heater that we have been using. This heater does require a fairly large wall section. I think that this is a great product. It solved a problem for us and now that area is cozy warm. IΓ’ΒΒm very pleased with this purchase.

Mounting hardware is wrong. Heat output is low. Thermostat is miscalibrated
Looks nice–plain white. Blends well with the wall.The hardware included to hang this on the wall doesn’t seem to be for this product–there seems to be no way to use that hardware to hang this panel. I had to construct something of my own from scratch to hang this up. The manual claims there is additional hardware for sale to mount it on the ceiling but I can’t find anywhere that actually sells this, not even on the manufacture’s website.The panel itself It does generate some heat. If you are within a few feet, it feels warm. But it doesn’t feel like it’s giving off the full 600W that it claims to output.The remote thermostat seems miscalibrated. It does turn the panel on and off, but its reported temp is 5-ish degrees (F) lower than the room actually is (see pic next to a more reliable thermostat).The customer service people have been ok to work with.
