Do not buy this brand! After only 1 year the large oven completely stopped heating past 250°. Customer service is garbage. They make you send 1000 photos from every angle and every time they email you back itâs asking for new pictures. Itâs just not worth it! I wish I bought a completely different brand.

Z-Line 48″ Gas stove
This 48″ is beautiful and I can’t wait to install it it is made of fine qualityaterials and the wait time is 5- 10 days out, super excited and I can’t wait to install it into my new home.

No dedicated repairmen
We bought the 48inch model direct from ZLINE and we were happy at first. The installer dented the range. OK, no big deal, but hey insisted on fixing it. BIG MISTAKE! Zline does NOT have dedicated repairmen. They sent a random home service repairman, the poor guy had no instruction or help and this stove is HEAVY. Also, to remove the facia he had to tear the entire stove down to parts. WHen he finally got it all back together (10+ hours later) the oven light wouldn’t work. Well, we sent him home because we didn’t trust him to tear it all down a second time. It was only weeks later that we found out that the smaller oven no longer keeps temperature, it’s always cranked and burns anything we try to cook in it.So, lesson learned, never buy an expensive kitchen appliance from a company which doesn’t have their own repairmen.
