Easy to install. Took a little over an hour.
Purchased this cooktop to replace our aging unit. Only had to cut an inch out of countertop to accommodate new cooktop. Is compatable with either natural gas or propane. Conversion kit included. Directions are a bit unorganized but was able to find all info needed. You can pick up a universal gas range connection kit from local hardware store and it will fit. Tools required when I performed install.1) Channel locks2) Ratchet set with 7mm head if your converting to propane.3) Pipe Dope for regulator install.4) Jigsaw for counter cutting if needed.5) Tape measure6) Straight edge for marking if cutting needed.Was able to remove old cooktop and install new in a little over an hour. Lightweight and easy to handle. Plugs into standard 120 volt outlet. Heating is exceptional but this is compared to an old 1980’s cooktop so it may just be that new appliance feel. Overall, happy with purchase. Comes with a foam seal to go around base cooktop when set on counter but I will be sealing with clear silicone for that permanent look.

It seems like it is a good gas stove.Recut my existing countertop to fit. This is very easy. Template is provided, and because there’s a good inch of shelf, your cut does not need to be very accurate.Drops right in, covers ragged edge of the cut.Gas burners all worked, auto ignition worked on all burners.

One burner wonât light
I like the unit, it was easy to install. Everything works except one burner. It doesnât spark – it doesnât light. Really frustrating as I donât want to have to completely uninstall and reinstall another. Waiting on support to call me back.
