Stopped working after almost 7 months.
I purchased this on July 17, 2024. It worked as expected, pain relief, & comfort until today. Initially the control display was half lit, so I checked all the connections. I unplugged then plugged it back into the power source, the display showed brightly but when I pressed any of the control settings, and attempted to turn the device on, the red lights flash for a split second then off again. Iâm unsure if the issue is the control cord and/or the red light panel itself.Update: I used the USB adapter it came with and it works just fine now.

I canât begin to tell you how many ways this device has helped me and my spouse. We argue over whose turn it is to use it next! Just a few minutes of this on my aching back and I feel pain relief. She wraps it around her aching knees and feels better! The effectiveness, the durability, and the size all make it fit so perfectly on any place I need to put it. The value for my money was immediately obvious to me. I can rest better at night because it has a timer on it so it shuts off by itself. Iâm gonna have to get my girl one of these because she needs to sleep with one on her knee as well.

This is my 2nd red light therapy pad. I have been using an infrared/ near infrared light pad for almost 4 years now – for lower back pain. This is def an improved version, but not the same brand. This unit has the pad control on the power wire. My old pad had the controls on the pad itself. It is better to have the controller on the wire for easy access.If you have pain in your back or any other places, you might want to give red light therapy a try.In most cases it can reduce pain quickly, no side-effects, and easy to use. Plus, it is applied directly to the pain source, not your whole body like a drug.The unit comes with a velcro strap to hold it in place. For the lower back, I just simply tuck it i to my waist band. Great for sleeping. It can plug into any USB charging port, or use the AC outlet step-down adaptor that comes with it.It can also be used with a power bank for portability. A Power Bank is sold separately. The pad does have a pocket on it to accommodate a power bank.They also make a wireless version of this pad, which I believe has a rechargeable battery.I opted for this wired version for my needs.Give this pad a try for any body pain you might have, you will be surprised how well it works.

PRODUCT STOPPED WORKING
This worked great until it stopped working 3 months after I bought is. I could not contact the company as it seems they do all their business through amazon. This is a trigger to NOT BUY from a company that has no website and only deals with amazon. I emailed amazon and I got NO RESPONSE from them. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I did not pay $50 for something to only work for 3 month. I WANT A REFUND !!! i don’t trust the company now to ask for a replacement. I have bought other red light devices on amazon (from different companies) and so far they are all working. This is NOT OK.

Good, but not great…..
I think this help a little with my lower back problem, but it is difficult to use in certain areas. I’m a size 8 and the strap barely fit around my hip area. Also, since there are no loops to put the strap through, juggling holding the light pad against your body while maneuvering the strap around me was very frustrating. I ended up putting the belt on first, then tucking the light pad underneath. The loops would have been one of the first things I would have done with this design.

Pretty good design
I bought this pad to help with lower back and hip pain. It seems to alleviate some of my back pain due to inflammation. My only suggestion would be that the strap to go around the waist was a little longer. Seems to be a good value
