UTK Pads..Next Level Awesomeness
For years I have been searching for a great heating pad, NOT a warming pad that will barely heat up with a nice fluffy cover.Finally, the search is over! It’s hard for me to put into words just how great these UTK pads are.I have had several back issues over the years mostly pulled or strained muscles from weight training and as I have gotten older they have been more frequent.Within the first hour of using this UTK pad set at 140 I knew this is what I’ve been searching for…Excellent quality, Excellent heating range, Excellent Customer Service and Warranty and I could “just feel” the difference in these pads going deeper into the muscle fiber. Not really sure about all this power of the stones stuff, but if that is indeed true that’s an additional benefit.A couple hours later for my second session, I cranked it up to 150, had Alexa play some ocean sounds and got into the zone. Only thing was missing was some burning incense and a Buddhist monk sitting in the room chanting.I really knew little about Far Infrared heating pads but took the time and did the research and even if the cost was more than I would have normally spent, I truly believe it was money well invested. I will never buy a conventional heating pad again, but look forward to getting a smaller version of the UTK pads.If you are looking for deep heat therapy, you cannot go wrong with these UTK pads. Quality Product.

You need this type of heat
I recently had double neck surgery and the recovery has been hard and painful. I ordered this infrared heating pad to help with the pain. It has not disappointed me. The heat helps with muscle spasms, stiffness, soreness and pain. I use it every day for 2 hours with the temperature set on 146 degrees. I have a regular heating pad that pales in comparison to the infrared heating pad. However, I ordered the wrong size. It’s huge and heavy, but I make it work. The size I ordered is longer than my torso. Starting from my neck, it reaches pass my backside. But it helps relieve pain so much. It’s a game changer. It comes with a travel case and it bends pretty good-I’ve wrapped my arm and hand numerous times, including my leg and thigh which really helped my knee joint. I absolutely love this heating pad. I plan on ordering a smaller size because you can never have too many. Get one. You need this.

There are other brands, but none compare in both quality and value.PROS:- The UTK cords are long enough so we don’t need to use extension cords.- The cord disconnects from the pad for storage. Tourmaline 31 x 21 pad relieves pain
This is a good size because it’s not too cumbersome, yet big enough to cover my back. The heat penetrates deeply and eases pain and stiffness and keeps me warm. I tried a different pad with amethyst stones which didn’t work at all. The amethyst stones were tiny chips, the pad was too heavy, and it would not warm up sufficiently. So I exchanged it for the tourmaline which I’ve use before and have found it heats up fairly quickly and with good heat. The only problem with old tourmaline pad is that the thin material used for the border (artificial leather) peeled and cracked after a few years. I hope my new one doesn’t deteriorate like that. I subtracted one star for the potential for it to peel and crack with age.

Excellent but pricey
I sent the first one back. It wasnât heating. Easy return and replacement. Lasted for a few weeks and seemed to have a short or inability to connect at the connecting port. Large enough to heat from waist to feet. Not a miracle cure and just a heating pad but itâs comforting for my pain. Follow the directions so you donât burn yourself!

Will cause severe damage!
This heating pad has the weight and delivers the heat. Unfortunately, the casing started to deteriorate, and this is what we found inside. This can cause severe burns to your body. If not, it could burn your whole house down! I gave this heating pad two tries. The first time I bought it, it started to work consistently, and the second time I bought it, this happened. It shorts out and can create a fire in your home. I have no idea how this passes safety protocols. I will not be repurchasing it. Neither should you. Hopefully, in the future, they will come up with a safer version of this brand.

Black Plastic Flakes and Peels
I would give this product a better review except after about 2 years the black plastic started flaking and peeling off on the sides and now also on the back of the product. The flakes come off and get everywhere! I use this in bed so it doesn’t look great against my white flannel sheets! 🙁
