Great wine refrigerator and support people at Velieta.
Love, love love this wine and beverage refrigerator. It arrived soon after ordering and was packaged well. No visible damage. Door handle installation a little tricky but easy to do. Refrigerator sat 24 hours before plugging it in and worked well since. Came to temperature quickly. Holds all my beverages. Love the slide in trays. Like the solid door on one side and glass on the other door. Looks great in my kitchen (installed stand alone and not built in). Velieta customer support emailed me twice to insure all is well and is extending warranty additional year at no cost. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Good cooler, great customer service
Bought this for under counter position in basement bar. Looks good, works as advertised. Only negative was damage from shipping (see pics). UPS driver claimed it was loaded onto his truck that way. I find it hard to believe the manufacturer would ship it this way (it was sold on Amazon, but shipped directly from mfr.). Regardless, Velieta’s customer support team (Lily and Tina) worked quickly to offer a satisfactory solution. Since the damage was cosmetic (dented rear corner, which would not be visible under counter) and the unit functions properly, we agreed to a partial refund that was fair for both of us.

We bought this fridge for our home bar. It works well, and isnât too loud for a room with other noise, tv, etc.I canât say enough about their customer service. Fast, responsive, and accommodating!

I have to say that I went through a bit of a journey to get to the finish line with this purchase. It would really take me too long to go through it all in detail so I will just sum it up as this: in the end, we got a lovely fridge that works and both Amazon and Velieta did their very most to ensure that I was happy with my purchase throughout the whole process. It was very important to me to have a mini fridge that accommodates both beverages and wines, with the beverage side having a solid door. I now have and am thoroughly enjoying said fridge.The only thing I would improve upon is to have an option for a 30-36″ unit, especially if the wine side could be dual zoned. There is no such thing on Amazon when I was shopping. If there were, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy one from Velieta. They are clearly a brand that cares about their customers.
