Great beverage fridge, great customer service
We ordered the refrigerator in early November. After looking at beverage refrigerators in the stores and show rooms that were 3-4x as expensive as this one, and reading many, many reviews, we chose this refrigerator, in part, because we liked the two doors, two climates, and the positive reviews regarding customer service. After reading reviews on multiple sites, about multiple brands of refrigerators (many much more expensive than this one) it seems they all have potential for failure issues, so picking one with a good customer service seemed very important. The service team emailed throughout the process with helpful instructions. Upon arrival, it was packed very, very well, and was also quite heavy. When we unpacked the fridge, the top of the fridge had a bump on it and one of the fridge doors was subsequently sitting lower than the other. The service team sent new hinges, which we installed to help align the doors a little bit better. I also appreciate the service team making this right with their prompt responses. The beverage fridge looks great, works great, and holds the temperature on both sides well. A friend suggested always keeping these fairly full of cans/wine so that the fridge doesn’t have to work as hard to keep an empty space cold. It looks very nice, the blue lights are a cool feature, and it is QUIET! (Many reviews of other brands noted loudness). We are pleased so far.

The Velieta 24 Inch Wine and Beverage Refrigerator has been a fantastic addition to my home! The dual-zone drawers are perfect for keeping my wine and drinks chilled at their ideal temperatures, 53F and 37F, respectively. I love how easy it is to grab what I need. Itâs surprisingly quiet, and Iâve noticed itâs purportedly energy-efficient, which is a big plus. For the price, the cosmetics are way better than I expectedâsleek and modern, it looks far more expensive than it is. Overall, itâs a reliable, stylish choice that delivers great value for the cost!

Arrived Damaged
This is a beautiful beverage fridge. Very nice lighting and design! We were really disappointed when it arrived with damage to the front left corner. It was dropped on that corner during shipping. As a result the hinge was bent, the refrigerator itself was bent on that top corner and the doors didnât line up.However, customer service was responsive and excellent! Tina sent us new hinges to replace that side and Lily worked on gettting us an extended warranty.The fridge does a great job cooling beverages and it is not loud. So far, we are really enjoying it. I would definitely recommend based on looks and functionality of the fridge, as well as excellent customer service.

Itâs noisy
Great looking fridge with a good amount of storage. Only issue I have is itâs kind of loud. Itâs tolerable but if he absolutely hate a little noise itâll bother you. Tv on never hear it.Problem is I built the cabinet around it so returning it isnât really an option.

Fridge is well built, cools well and functions and looks great. There was a slight issue with the locking mechanism, but they accommodated me with a discount, and I was able to fix it anyway myself and it turned out great

Beautiful wine cooler
It is a very nice wine cooler and would high recommend to everyone. It fits into our space and holds a lot of wine.
