What is the reason why the infrared space heater cannot operate?
Power is not on, or power cord not plugged into outlet.
Please plug heater in to appropriate electrical outlet. Also, check if the electricity to the outlet is working.

2. There is something blocking the air flow. Please move the object out of the way of the space heater.

Warm Office
I have this heater set up in my office to warm my feet. It can get cold where we live, so it is nice to have this heater that I can place under my desk. The heater is easy to set up and assemble with attaching the heater’s feet, taking the most amount of time. The heater doesn’t take up much room and does a good job of generating heat. I usually turn the heater on in the morning to help me get warmed up for the day ahead. The heater looks and feels like it is well made and should last quite a while. This heater has been a nice addition to my personal kit that works well at keeping me warm.

Great heater if you move the temperature sensor
The unit will cycle on and off continuously unless you move the temperature sensor so it sticks out the air intake. The sensor is under the right side of the unitâs plastic cover which is held on by 5 screws. You will find the sensor zip tied directly under the board for the buttons. Cut the zip tie and route the sensor out the air intake grate. Put it back together keeping in mind that the 3 screws in the back are different than the two in the front. Works perfectly now.

Minimal heat
This thing puts out a laughable amount of heat at best, it would be more effective to heat the room by blowing hot air from your mouth. The reality is while it is aesthetically pleasing it just doesn’t work at all. I’m also certain I received a returned product shipped to be as “new”… it clearly wasn’t. Regardless of the reasoning, buy something better, this is useless at best.

Inaccurate Temperature Measurement (before modification) and Flimsy Plastic Legs
While this seems nice, I was very frustrated with it’s temperature sensing and output/ability to heat a room. It was set to 78 and kept turning off without letting much warm air in. I then followed the advice of another review and stuck the thermocouple outside the unit though the air intake, and that seemed to help. While the tipping sensor is nice so that the unit will turn off and not start a fire, mine tipped too easily on its flimsy plastic legs, and the leg broke off.. I thought that would be OK because I’d just mount it, but I haven’t had time to mount it, and I’m a bit uneasy about it getting pulled off and falling on someone/starting a fire without it being in the “tipped” orientation. So I unscrewed both legs and am just sitting it flat on a surface, and it seems much more stable that way, but it doesn’t allow for any heat dissipation under the unit, so hopefully being in contact with the wooden shelf it’s on doesn’t start a fire.

I bought this heater for my small apartment and it works like a charm for my living area. It is quiet and looks great on the wall out of the way. I wanted infared because it seems to be a faster warmer heat. You will not regret this purchase.
