This heating pad works beautifully. I believe it was a great investment. It can be comfortably fitted to my aging back and over my shoulders, it’s weighted but not at all uncomfortably, and even at the highest setting, it gave me no concerns about getting burned. It was hot, but not too hot. The over-the-shoulder heat is especially beneficial.

Doesn’t provide much heat
Edit: The company reached out to me after my review and offered to make it right, so they have great customer service.Even at it’s highest setting, it just doesn’t provide that much heat. It gets warm, but not really hot. The other negative is this is more for your upper back. It does show in the picture straps around your neck but that doesn’t heat up so it’s really an area of your upper back this treats – at a temperature I’d rather have higher.

Just what I wanted/well made
The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star review is because I would have liked it to be a bit heavier in the shoulder area. Heats up fast and gets very warm if put on a higher number. The fit is nice and adjustable. I enjoy the long cord so I donât feel tethered to one spot. Bought one for a gift and then another for myself after. The person I gifted one to, then ordered another for someone else. I highly recommend.

Great therapy for neck and back
This weighted heating pad soothes my back and neck. I have degenerative spine disease and this all-over heat helps loosen me up to be active, or relieve pain after a long day. I’m tall, so I would have liked it to be a little longer, but I’m able to adjust the shoulder and waist straps to adapt it to fit me.The electric cord is quite long which allows me to settle down in various spots around the house.I would recommend this product.

I would imagine this is the most heavily returned item on Amazon. Iâm 97 pounds and it was too small the heating element being right by your face is so annoying it only covers half my back and the part that goes around your waist barely gets under my boobs. Iâm 97 pounds!!

Instantly my constant companion!
I felt the heat begin literally within 5 seconds. The default setting is 6 or high, and it got a little too warm for me after about a minute. The first press of the temp icon put it on 1. The heat is distributed up the back of my neck and across the front of my shoulders and chest as well as the whole of my back, except below the waist. I have red-light pads that take care of my hips. The 2.5 lb of ceramic beads also act as thermal mass, keeping you warm while you travel short distances away from power. 5 min later, I’m bumping it up to 3. I love this!

Heats quickly, needs better coverage and fit
This heating pad heats very quickly, which is great. It works best on the upper back, but doesn’t adjust very well on the shoulder/neck region so it does not fit snugly there which limits the relief. The unit needs to be longer in back to cover a larger part of the back. I am 5 ft 9 in tall, and it seems too short for me. It might work better for shorter individuals though.
