Responsive customer service
We’d always had electric stoves and had recently put a gas line in. Other gas stoves were prohibitively expensive and this one cost hundreds of dollars less. Installed easily enough and we loved using it but we kept smelling gas. We used a gas leak detector – the gas line fittings checked out fine – we narrowed it down to a leak in the stove burner itself. Company was super responsive, husband sent video of the problem and after some back and forth they replaced the stove. We’re very happy with the new stove, no smell of a gas leak and it works beautifully.One other little caveat – the chrome finish on the knobs had started to wear off after only a few months of use. But I like this stove so much I didn’t even care about that. If there are further issues I will update this review. It’s a great stove, puts out nice amount of heat on certain burners, and is mild and easy on other burners. Perfect for a home cook.

Love the function, disappointed in durability
Instillation was great!Function is great!Very disappointed in the rings around the knobs. Stove is only 6 months old. We are a family of 2 – don’t use it enough to justify this wear and tear.

I compared it with the one from Home Depot and found this stove on Amazon to be cheaper. I have always liked the brand Costway, which is more economical.

We had trouble installing it and their customer support is terrible. I’ve had it for a week and it’s discolored black already even though we’ve barely used it. Frustratingly poor quality.

Check quality control ( gas leak ).
The stove top is very nice. It fit exactly to our old stove top cut out. The only issue is we have to disassemble the stove top to locate a gas leak. If it is just the connection to the individual burner valves then it will be an easy fix. We checked each burner with each burner valve closed. No leak there. We sprayed our connections with soapy water. No leaks there. New connections used. No leaks there. So the leak has to be at the internal factory connections. To be able to check those connections we have to pull valve nobs. Remove the top by removing the screws to access under the top to check the connections at each of the burner valves. Hopefully we will find the leak at one of the burner valves. All though we will have to do this, I believe the stove top is a good buy. To the manufacturer, Just be sure all your lines are properly tightened.
