Great customer service!
I absolutely love this product. After using for about a week, it appeared I had a short in my product, because the infrared heating element did not stay on. I contacted customer service and within a week I had a new one. Terrific customer service!The only thing I wish this product had are a little longer bristles and maybe a lock on the temperature control. Sometimes your hand hits it during use and can change the temperature.Overall, great product and would buy again. Thank you for having a great customer service !

Best curler!
I have fine thinner hair. I absolutely LOVE this heated curler brush! I take it on my travels every month. It is great. It cuts off if you forget to turn it off. It is great at grabbing the hair to make the curl if your hair is really silky like mine. It does a nice job of curling g and adding g body to my hair. It gets plenty hot but includes a give that protects your hand against the heated rod. It does not take long to get the curl do for my fine hair just a few seconds does the job. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Great curling brush. Just what I was looking for and it is good for everyday use.

Blowout look in a flash!
I love this! I had purchased a different one before and the button was easily touched and shut it off, the temp wasnât high enough for my mixed hair, and other things. This was all that and more. I donât naturally have a lot of body but this gives me a blow out styled look in like 5- 10 mins (shoulder length hair). 10/10 recommend.

Doesnât curl
Tried everything but does not curl my hair. It does give hair a bit of volume. Works best after a day or two to refresh my blown out hair style. Itâs lightweight. The controls are where I hold my hand on the styler and my hand can accidentally turn it off or change the heat setting.

Purchased a similar, more expensive “name brand” item similar to this and returned it. This one works so much better. I love the adjustable heat, and it works well on my very fine straight hair.

Gets hot fast!
This infrared thermal brush heats up very quickly and is very hot even on the lowest setting. The instruction manual claims you don’t need it, but my fiancée suggests using some sort of heat protection styling spray before this brush so that you don’t suffer from heat-damaged hair. This works essentially like a curling iron, but with a little more flexibility. It comes with a single glove and we’re not sure what that’s for – maybe if you want to wrap your hair around it really tightly without getting burned? If you’re looking for low temp heat styling this is not it, otherwise this gets the job done! My fiancée has very fine, thinning hair and we’re always on the lookout for products that will give her volume and make it look less like she’s suffering from male pattern hair loss (she is a trans woman who did not come out until her 40s) and this sort of tool is very helpful for giving her hair some life. She is happy with it and says it’s easy to use. I think her hair has looked nice since we received this brush, but I’m biased and I think it looked nice before we received this brush as well.There is a digital display on the handle of the brush that remains on at all times, even if the brush isn’t heating. It will just say “OFF” on the LED. It has made me think it got left on a couple of times when I’ve used the bathroom and saw that the screen was on, but then I realized it just said it was off, lol. I don’t know if this would cause anyone else stress but you could always just unplug it when not in use if you don’t want the display on all of the time.The brush also comes with an international power adapter; I’m not sure which region it’s for, but definitely a nice bonus for world travelers.Update: We’ve had this for a few weeks now, my fiancée is as beautiful as ever but I don’t keep track of her beauty routines so I didn’t know how much of it was thanks to this brush. She randomly brought up how great the brush is to me, said it was a “game changer” because it’s so easy to use and makes her hair look more alive really quickly. She is concerned about how hot it gets, though, and is worried she might be damaging her hair from using it so much. No star change, but I am keeping an eye out for similar tools that might not have such a high low temp for her.At the time that I ordered this, the listing was not complete, so I did not really know what to expect outside of the product name and a single photo with no text. It was a bit of a gamble but the listing was filled out while the brush was on the way and it turned out to be exactly what I expected – which is to say the product title is accurate and not misleading.
