I was skeptical that this would be just-another-nameless-manufacturer of relatively inexpensive (i.e. cheap) patio gear, but I was wrong.This heater is nice for the price. It’s sturdy enough for the purpose (especially if you get the sand/water tank for extra weight), and it puts out a decent amount of heat over a wide area. The 50K BTU unit is pretty big (I didn’t really consider the size of the baffle when purchasing – be warned). The heat is even, and the heat mesh puts off a nice glow as well.It was pretty easy to put together, and the quality of instructions (color, with pictures and diagrams) and components (everything has a spare, not using soft metal, etc.) are excellent.I am quite happy with this brand and purchase.

Quality Construction Great Customer Service
This is an update after a few months. Igniter went bad. Customer service responded immediately and shipped a replacement- the entire burner assembly. They also followed up several times to check on the status. Iรขยยm very impressed.I ordered this heater after looking at dozens of other units.It took me about an hour to assemble- by myself, in 20 degree weather. Two people? 20 minutes. Directions were amazingly clear. Diagrams were large enough to read.Lighting it took two minutes, including reading the directions.It puts out a lot of heat, all directed down as advertised. Turn the dial to adjust the flame .The burner is a little noisy, like the blowtorch it is.The aluminum domed reflector sends almost all the heat down.Runtime:Peak burner output: 40,000 BTU/hourPropane has 21,500 BTU/#Standard propane cylinder is 15 #.You could run for over 7 hours at full output, longer at part load.

Easy assembly! The instructions were great and easy to follow. The parts were organized and packed well so they were easy to access and keep organized during assembly.It is well built and works great too! Love it. We can now sit outside to drink our coffee and eat breakfast.

It was a little tricky To put together. It has a lot of parts. It works well, itรขยยs not all that heavy and is pretty easy to use. It does leak propane slightly but otherwise itรขยยs good.

Excellent price for such a high quality stainless steel item. Really does put out good heat safely!
Easy to put together within an hour. Make sure to tighten all bolts and screws tightly. Once together was able to quickly turn on and control amount of heat to radiate. Simply amazing warm heat for a 15 foot to 20 foot sitting area and easy to move around with the side tipping wheels. Affordable price for stainless steel item. I think I will be buying another one soon for that price. Definitely buy the directional attachment for directing all heat to one direction instead of complete wide circle around 360 degrees of heater. Stainless steel reflectors do what they are designed for. Worth the extra $35 dollars.

Nice heat at moderately cold temps and low wind.
Using it near Nashville, TN. When wind was blowing and temp in the low 20’s it was useless, but at 32 degrees and no wind it worked well. Assembly took some time, but directions clear. Also, extra screws included for every step – nice touch. Rolls in and out of location with ease.

Product was amazing except it was too tall for my patio and almost touching the ceiling. It helps a lot during cold days and have to use the back patio to hang out. Easy to install and comes with wheels so you can move it around you want.
