Sleek and shiny
This appliance is beautiful. Itâs a very solid-looking piece in the middle of our new icy-star quartz countertop. The packaging kept it perfectly safe. Itâs easy to take the grates off to clean the glass.The only cons are that you have to be careful when you wipe the counter top, or the washcloth can make water marks on the glass. Itâs also worth noting that because the flames are up higher than counter level, where as with my last cooktop the flames kind of dipped below, it does get much warmer in the surrounding area, even on your own strip of skin thatâs near to the flame. Also, the plenum and blower take up way more space in the island than my last downdraft ducting. I lost about half the storage space.Overall, Iâm very happy with the quality and style!

Job not close to being correct or completed
Cooktop is fine but the service did not include connecting it to the downdraft even though it is what they are taking apart. A permit required by law was not done by the professional. A true professional would know that. I did not know that until I am trying to get the downdraft connected.

Terrible Design
First of all, the glass cooktop is impossible to keep clean. It is a cooktop, you are going to cook and things will spill, but when they do, good luck in getting rid of the “cloudiness” on the glass.Second, whose idea was it to have the grill 2 inches above the burner? Extremely dangerous when you put a pot with a handle on the stove and it is so high up!Third, the 4 knobs are not flush so food gets caught underneath.Fourth, the downdraft takes up half of the under cabinet space.Very dissatisfied with this would NOT recommend you to buy.

Anticipate the depth of the downdraft
Installation was more of a challenge than expected – this was only due to the cook top that I replaced was built with a 5″ round exhaust and this one requires an adapter from a rectangular exhaust. Easily overcome with flexible conduit, and it looks fantastic and works very well.

found resolution in cleaning this product
We purchased this last December and had it installed in February for our kitchen remodel. I was getting frustrated with trying to keep it clean.it was beginning to look like a 10 year old stove. Then I used Bar Keepers Friend on it and it now looks brand new! Burners are good, some pans slide on the grate, but you get used to it. If you are looking for down draft gas stove top, this one fills the bill.

Defective Item
This sat in a box until our kitchen granite was installed today. Unpacking showed a broken fan control knob, and there was a defect in the glass in the upper right corner. Having to return and get another, but this is causing a BIG issue and expense with the plumber that was going to install it today.

Talvez es algo robusta pero esta hermosa. Dudaba si era seguro con los descuentos que aveces aparecen pero en buen fin la encontré a muy buen precio y me anime. Y puedo decir que vale.la pena. Vi muchas marcas antes pero no me pude quitar esta de la cabeza. Es compra segura, me llego en 3 dÃas después de la compra. Trae sus boquilla para cambiar de gas natural a gas LP. Hay que cambiarlas incluso la del horno si es el caso de no contar con gas natural. El horno. TemÃa como se prendÃa. Ahora vienen con una resistencia solo debes de girar la perilla y cuando la resistencia llega a su punto se enciende la flama 10/10

La estufa está increÃble. Mucho más robusta y de mejor calidad que una Teka o Smeg. Ampliamente recomendable. Lo malo, la mensajerÃa, son unas verdaderas bestias en el manejo de estos productos. No siguen las instrucciones de manejo como lo estipula el exterior de la caja.Adjunto fotos de los daños.Desafortunadamente salà de viaje a los dos dÃas que me entregaron la estufa y no tuve oportunidad de continuar con el proceso de devolución ademas que la estufa anterior no servÃa.Recomendación, no firmen nada a los empleados de la mensajerÃa y abran por completo el empaque en presencia de ellos. No acepten el artÃculo si hay daños. El detalle con estos productos es que por el tamaño y peso el proceso de devolución es diferente y complicado. La estufa pesa mas de 60kg.Daños: la parte inferior trasera izquierda estaba doblada. La cubierta porcelanizada del interior del horno está descarapelada, esto se originó al inclinar la caja del lado de la puerta del horno causando que un par de tornillos del ensamble del horno se incrustaran en esta.Amazon debe exigir un mejor servicio, soporte y profesionalismo por parte de las empresas de mensajeria.
