Service
The manufacturer does not respond to product defects such as the oven not turning off in a new stove, which is a potential fire hazard. Neither calls to their service line, nor emails are answered. Buying from Amazon does not come come with access to warranty service. Service must be contracted separately and their is no warranty period by the manufacturer in the enclosed literature. Nice stove, not worth the chasing around.
