Nice heater. No install instructions.
Remote works fine for me. Havenât installed app. It pretty warm but not too hot. Using in small bathroom that doesnât have heater and it really takes chill out. However, the hardware supplied has no instructions. No idea how to use. Will leave leaning against tiled floor/wall for now. Seems fine.

These don’t thrown heat very far, so hopefully you were planning to sit directly in front of it constantly. Also prepare to share your precise location with whoever owns the creepy app. Can’t work it without the app and full permissions.

The BEST heater
I got turned on to these type of heaters in yoga and needed one to make my home practice better. This heater helps our basement rooms actually stay warmer even when not running since it heats objects (like cement walls) rather than the air. Amazing! Can’t wait to get a couple more. Best of all they ate only 800 watts instead of 1800 like a typical heater and use way less energy to run. I purchases the wheels that they sell for this specific model so I can move it around.

Nice, If You Stand Right Next To It.
Turn this on, go outside and shovel snow, go sledding with kids, or whatever other winter activity you are doing and come back in and stand in front of it, and you will think you have a nice camp fire keeping you tasty warm. Why turn it on first? Because it take forever to get up to temperature. Why stand right next to it? Because it has no air flow. It is very easy to setup, and if you wave a white wall you can easily put it all the wall and it will blend it nicely. It looks more like a dry erase board then a heating unit. The reason you can put it on the wall, is because of the infrared technology is is unidirectional so the backside never gets hot, so it is safe to mount. If you are mounting this is an mud room or entryway this is a great value for the money, but it does not have sufficient power to heat even a 10×10 room as my wife and I discovered when we lost heat when our gas furnace stopped working. Because of its limited range for heating capability, I can only give this 3 stars.

Amazingly thin, puts out great amount of heat, wireless thermostat is awesome. However…
This is a great radiant heater. It is thin so it can be mounted in lots of locations, once I figure out how to install it. The thermostat also works great and that it is wireless makes it very convenient to place it in various places as heat is needed.However… the 4 stars is because the instructions are terrible. There are 11 pages in English and 10 of them talked about the specs and engineering and maybe one page with any instructions, which were difficult to follow for both installation and connection. There are videos available, but only 3 of them are in English and the rest in German. So I had to watch the German ones and figure out through the video what to do. I eventually got it installed and working properly and it works great. But if you can’t provide good instructions it makes the whole experience not worth 5 stars. The unit is 5 star, the instructions are 1 star.There is supposedly an app as well, but I haven’t been able to figure out yet where to find it and how to use it. I am sure when I do it will also work great.

Great Invention of a Space Heater!

Heater works well.
The heater was very easy to install and program. We had it on the wall within minutes. It is sufficient to warm our bedroom without additional heat. We have also used it in the living room which allows us to turn the central unit way down.I would caution to hang the panel high enough to prevent accidental contact – the surface gets quite warm and could cause a mild burn. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the heater and recommend it for others.
