Can you use a regular light bulb as well? I’m thinking of changing the bulb out and using it for a craft light
Yeah, it’s the same standard light bulb socket, the whole lamp setup is just made to handle more current for a higher-power bulb. Lower power bulbs of different types (LED, CFL, etc.) should work fine too.
Do I need to wear clothes when using?
A: For effective use, the body part you are treating needs to be directly exposed to infrared radiation. Alternatively, lighter clothing can be worn without hindering treatment.
What is the recommended time and distance?
We recommend 5-15 mins each time, 4 times a week, the irradiation distance is 18-30 inches. Due to individual differences, please adjust the appropriate distance.
What should I do if the bulb is broken? Where can I replace the bulb?
Please talk to service team to get/buy replacement bulbs in three month.
Enjoy your life

Really good for post workout
I do a lot of training and will get a bunch of muscle aches. I have been using this red light for a while now and starting to notice a change in my recovery. I am able to heal a lot faster and have minimal pain.

Timer not shutting off lamp
The light itself seems to work fine. So far I’ve used it 3 times. The first time I set it to 10 minutes and it shut off like it was suppose to. The 2nd and 3rd times I set it to 20 minutes and when the timer stopped it did not shut the light off and none of the controls would either. I had to physically unplug it to turn it off. Not very safe, especially if I doze off.

Stand could be better.
I can’t claim to have personally scientifically tested this product, but I can say that I have been throwing a bunch of things at my shoulder pain and the biggest improvement roughly coincides with when I started using this.Mine arrived with a dead bulb and they offered to replace it but said it might take a while, and I had to suggest instead that I buy a replacement bulb from them and they refund it so I could get it faster, but they agreed to that with no issue.I am going to take off a single star for how janky the stand is. It’s hard to position, is has not-good casters, and it’s just kind of rough in places. There isn’t a way to leave it plugged in without a bright red light on the display (annoying when I am done with a session and have to get out of bed and down on my hands and knees to reach behind a cabinet to unplug it immediately), and after a half-hour session, the display itself gets weirdly hot.I would still recommend it if you have muscle and joint pain and other treatments aren’t working, but I wish the stand were better designed.

A cozy glow for muscle relief
This lamp has found a spot in my daily life. With its adjustable stand, I can direct heat precisely where I need it. The warmth does wonders for my tired muscles, especially after a long day. Its design suits any corner of my room. As I sit and relax, the gentle light adds a meditative touch to my evening routine. My back and neck, often tense, feel noticeably better. Using this feels like a small retreat at home. The soft glow invites an atmosphere perfect for unwinding.

Don’t Forget Eye Protection…
This heat lamp is a great tool to help relieve sore muscles. I am a nurse and I am on my feet a lot; not to mention my sore neck and back. This lamp has brought blood flow to my muscles helping them to relax and feel better. I try to use it as often as I can because it feels so good. The lamp itself was not terrible to assemble- I have put together many things in my life and I will say the directions were a bit vague. First of all, the telescoping part that comes out of the tube is there. I had to really look into the the stainless steel rod and twist it out. At first, I didn’t think it was in the tube. One of the other things that had me perplexed was the metal guard that protects the bulb. It took me a minute to figure out how to attach it so the trick is to look for the differences in the bend of the metal where it attaches. It seems very study and I really like that I can put it in the position I want and it stays there very well. This is a great value and I highly recommend it for anyone who has sore muscles.

Just what I was looking for
I have been studying about the benefits of red light therapy for a while now. Although I have invested in other red light therapy equipment, I always felt that they fell short of my expectation. This red light therapy lamp does deliver and I am quite happy with it so far. Assembly was very easy and the lamp feels incredibly sturdy. Sort of reminds me of the lamps professionals use. The bulb is quite large and covers a large area. From the moment I turned it on, I could feel the heat and it felt wonderful. I found it very relaxing. As to the benefits…it’s too early to give an honest option on it but will update once I have given it some continual use. However I will say that this looks very promising.

If you have regular soreness this is for you
I’m an active person so I tend to overdo or just plain feel my age.The sore areas I concentrate on are my knee along with my neck & shouldersThe benefits are something you can feel almost right away. That could be because you are getting blood flow to those areas fast despite the tight restriction of the muscles. If nothing else it is warming & relaxing for me.Assembling had it’s quirks & the diections weren’t the best ones I’ve worked with, but it did go together & it is sturdy & the versatility of movement is great. The wheels roll nicely & the flexible head is really nice. Certainly gave me more options of focus & placement. It’s a decent one for the price. I’d recommend it!
