Heats up quickly
Heats up fast and love the adjustable intensity. Works better than the tdp lamps. I use it daily in my acupuncture practice.

There is no better way to do infrared!
I bought this lamp and i dont regret it. It is expensive and it does get hot. However, i had to stay close to it or the effect was not great. It can be irritating to the eyes or cause a slight headache upon initial use. I did get used to this and the effect discontinued. Long story short, the best infrared i have ever used. This sauna penetrates deeper into the skin tissues and the benefits last longer for mcs or whatever ailment.Near infrared lamp saunas use incandescent infrared heat lamps for heating. They emit mainly near infrared, some middle infrared and perhaps a tiny amount of far infrared energy. This type of sauna also provides warming and stimulating color therapy. The lights emit a small amount of red, orange and yellow visible light. These particular frequencies draw energy downward in the body and can assist the digestive and eliminative organs to some degree. While traditional saunas require high temperatures for copious sweating, infrared penetrates the skin and heats from the inside as well as on the skin. This means the air temperature in the sauna can remain cooler, yet one sweats plenty at this lower, more comfortable temperature.

The quality of this infrared light is good. The only drawback is the light horizontal reach is too short. One has to lie on the very edge of the bed in order for the light to shine on the body/face. It would be perfect if the horizontal reach is 4â longer.

Game Changer
I bought this after fracturing my hip and pelvis. This light is a game changer when it comes to soreness. Really helped me with recovery to make physical therapy more tolerable. Would buy again and recommend all the time.

Stupid Purchase. Entirely too dangerous
I got rid of it. On the instructions it says âdo not use without a barrier of clothing between the lamp and your skinâ. Following this rule makes the lampe completely ineffective. I was scared to death this thing was going to explode in my face. Do not buy.

Easy setup
Wish it was able to be left on longer than 30 minutes. The timer says 60, but the instructions say no more than 30 min to prevent overheating. I like the intensity dial remote. The first time I plugged it in, it didn’t turn on; so I took out the fuses and put them back in, plugged and unplugged the remote, and then it worked fine. When the intensity dial is all the way down, it also seems like it’s off. And when the remote is plugged in, it will override the intensity dial on the main control panel. Happy so far!

Solidly built high quality heat lamp
There are cheaper heat lamps are available on the market, however, they are not going to last very long. This lamp is very well built, most parts are made of metal instead of plastics as in the cheap counterparts. You can easily feel the difference if you have them side by side. This lamp feels much solid, the wheels are easy to roll, and works really so far.
