Gorgeous – except for the carbon monoxide
Our renovated house came with this brand new Kucht oven. We immediately detected a gas smell while using it. Kucht’s “customer service” gave us the runaround for 10 months – multiple video calls suggesting the same fixes, over 6 months for an utterly incompetent service technician to show, etc. I finally called our gas utility provider who immediately discovered that the oven was emitting 1600+ ppm of carbon monoxide continuously while in operation, and flammable amounts of unignited natural gas (7.7 %V/V). It would have climbed even higher on his meter if he hadn’t shut it off, said “never use this again,” and shut off the gas valve to the oven.Stay away. Kucht should be shut down.

BEWARE-my stove worked well, and customer service was helpful, while still in warranty. Now, out of warranty, my oven has been non-functional for six weeks! I have called 5 times and still no replacement part. I was afraid of this when I purchased the stove, but was assured that they would fix it if there were any issues. Not true. Buy a stove from a brand you know and trust.
