I pretty much guessed when ordering this heater & hoped for the best – and was so glad that that is what I got when it arrived! I was actually very impressed with the packaging of the device for shipping – corner protectors and high quality cardboard stabilizers that fit the heater exactly. That level of detail and quality indicated to me that the makers of the heater cared enough to go to that level of effort to protect their product in shipping. The heater itself is nice and has all the features I wanted – like being able to time when you want it to come on or turn off. Choosing a desired temp for it to achieve and maintain. High and low modes. It also has an ‘Eco’ mode where it will toggle between high & low modes to achieve and maintain a preset 68 degrees. All-in, a very nice unit & works well for a 200-300sq ft room.

If you buy and it breaks down ayear after purchase you can’t find help.
I have tried to contact the manufacture and Amazon for help. The heater was working just fine until December 16th 2024. I received this unit on 10-12-2023 and I went to turn it on and nothing. There is power to the heater but it won’t light up. In the product use guide I followed all the steps to trouble shoot. There is no phone number to call and when I go on line it takes me to an ice maker. please help me get it fixed.
