Customer service non existent
Purchased 3 heating pads for wellness business. Two of them stopped working shortly after warranty expired. I absolutely could not get any support from mihigh. I contacted them numerous times with no response at all They do not offer replacement cords. They offer nothing but the ability to take your hard earned monies.

Weighted heating pad
Friend really loved this heating pad.

Great heating but tiny
The blanket is made of a soft and plush material and the weighted beads provide a comforting and cozy sensation. Plus, the heating element stays warm and toasty no matter how cold it is. I also love that the temperature can be adjusted and the timer allows it to automatically shut off when you want it to. The ONLY issue I have with it is that the pictures make it look …. you know….. back sized but it would really only cover the back of a 5 year old in the way the pictures show. I use it for my foot that has an arthritic toe (I’m only 28 lol) when it’s cold.

Concept was a good start but lacked the technology for the price point!
I bought this because I purchased the Mihigh Back wrap with the very nice OLED controller which is portable and battery-operated. I thought that device made sense for the price point. The weighted heating pad is small, feels cheap especially the controller and does not justify $111.00. It should have had the same OLED controller on the back wrap and larger like 20âx24â. It does not produce the heat that the back wrap does which goes up to 149 degrees. This device was a fail so please do not buy.

I will never go back to those plastic style heating pads again.
This heating pad is so soft with just the right amount of weight to hold it in place and apply needed pressure to like the lower spine. The infrared heating that used takes a while to heat the beads and the instructions tell you to pre warm before using. I let mine heat up for 20 minutes then set a 30-minute timer. The instructions say to put grey side towards the body but both sides are black. After research you want to place it with the long tag on your body. Look at my picture number 3 that side is the upside of said pad. While using this pad I loved the way the weight just kept the pad in contact with your area needing attention. The heat doesn’t overwhelm you like the plastic style heat pads, this just goes deep inside to help relieve the pain. My lower spine and tail bone are always sore and using this for 30 minutes provided relief that was needed. For me personally it’s worth the money they are asking here on amazon. I did visit the company’s website and cost a pretty penny more. Personally, I have no issue w8ith the price of under 100 when normal plastic heating pads at from 20 to 50 bucks are plastic and hard with just a slipcover. Seems well made and easy to use and the relief it provides is above average.

The temperature is not high enough to promote blood circulation. Its look is great!

Comfortable and versatile.
What you will notice about this heating pad straight away is that it is soft and flexible without becoming lumpy. Itâs weighted, and the pressure of that weight along with the heat is very relaxing. You can set the heat, of course, and there is an incremental timing feature. All in all it is comfortable and effective. Is it worth $100? I donât know. But itâs not cheaply made so you are receiving a quality product.

Very effective heating pad
I’ll first preface my review with the statement that I’m not an expert on heating pads, and my experience with them is pretty limited. I have, however, been experiencing some more chronic issues with my rotator cuff and I received a recommendation for mild heating prior to performing some range-of-motion and strengthening exercises. This heating pad has worked very well for this purpose.Out of the box, the heating pad is a bit smaller than I expected from looking at the photos, measuring just 12″ x 24″ – but it’s still a suitable size and matches the printed specifications in the item description. The weighting beads absorb a fair amount of heat so the warm-up phase takes a little while. Perhaps it’s also the ‘infrared’ feature of this heating pad coming into play, but the heating effect seems a bit more subtle than I’ve experienced with other devices like this. Overall, though, it’s very effective and provides a nice amount of heat to loosen up my shoulder prior to exercising it.The controller has an on/off button and temperature setting, but also includes a built-in timer function to turn off the heating pad after a set period (30/60/90 minutes).Overall, I’m very happy with this heating pad.
