Works ok. Tried it with the agitator.. decided just the basket works best for washing and drying. 2 mistakes i made 1. Tried to use it in bathtub. Kills your back 2. Dont put heavy sweater with anything else. May buy another 1 soon if my daughter just moved out and she may want one for herself. Not sure.
