An exceptional heating pad and an exceptional company
I love this heating pad and the company that makes it is exceptional! The pad is perfect for back pain (I had major spine fusion surgery in August 2024) but I think I rolled over onto it and damaged it (I’m over 200 lbs and tall), because after two months my controller stopped working: the red light would flash but the pad wouldn’t turn on. I contacted PureEnrichment, the manufacturer, via Amazon, and they reached out to me and, due to my intense back pain, expedited a new heating pad to me without even requiring me to return the damaged one. They were genuinely concerned about my condition (I have more surgery coming up) and the fact that they responded so quickly and so kindly meant a lot to me. The pad is very well made and the fabric has a great feel to it; it’s also a really good size. But above all, to find a company that cares so much and stands behind its products is both really encouraging and rare in today’s world. Definitely 5 stars!

Love the product
I love the heating pads. I have purchased several through the years, different sizes , regular and far infrared. Customer service was very helpful in replacing one that didn’t last very long. The softness and variable temperature and being able to inform it how I like are all useful and appreciated.

I love this heating pad. The size is amazing and at its highest he is very comfortable. I had my old heating pad for over 10 years and it does get hotter than this one, but this is still a very soothing heat. It is a very soft and it has a nice weight to it. It feels like itâs gonna be very durable. It has given me so much relief after my gallbladder removal surgery. I love this heating pad and I think itâs a great value for money and I would definitely re-purchase if I needed to.

Worked well while it lasted.
Purchased this in June 2024 and if officially stopped working on November 10, 2024. It did work well when it worked. It heated up fast and the heat was consistent. It stopped working without warning. I became aware of an odor like an electrical wires burning and noticed the light was flashing red but when the off button was pushed it continued to flash. I unplugged it for a while, plugged it back in later, it worked for a while and then repeated shutting off. Did this a couple of times and then trashed it. PLUS: I did not feel any advantage of this product over a regular heating pad.The store states this: Far infrared heat therapy temporarily relieves chronic pain, inflammation, menstrual cramps, minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, arthritis pain, muscle spasms, and provides exceptional back pain relief.Nope! All I felt was heat.This last 5 months and I have a heating pad that I have had for 3 years that still works fine. The draw to this product was the Far Infrared feature. My advice if you are thinking about purchasing this-SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Won’t be without one from now on.
I love Pure Enrichment products. They stand behind their company name. I try not to take advantage of companies, but if ever I feel like one of their products hasn’t measured up to their usual high standard of quality, they are quick to make it right.The material is soft and supposedly this is washable. I just wish it could stay on constantly as I have to turn it back on every 2 hours. That’s still longer than most infrared pads stay on. Most are 15-30 minutes.This infrared heating pad is so amazing. I have lots of back pain and stomach issues. I crawl in bed with this infrared heating pad on the place that hurts and in about half of the time it takes usual heating pads, I no longer have pain. I don’t have to take pain pills, this works as well or better with no side effects! Thanks, Pure Enrichment!

It comforts!
Even on warm it provides the right heat to relax a tense body. The smaller one might be ideal for area use-the one I ordered is pretty big even for an average sized guy.

Package arrived damaged, Customer Support resolved the issue immediately.
I bought this item a couple weeks ago, and upon arrival, the box was damaged and the heating pad inside would not turn on. When plugged in, the controller displayed a flashing red light indicating it detected some issue with either the connector or the wiring, and none of the fixes on the company’s FAQ would fix the issue.When I emailed their support line, I was able to get a replacement unit sent out in just a couple days. The process was very quick and professional, and I had absolutely no issues with the process at all.What I suspect happened, judging by the state of the box, was that either Amazon damaged the unit during delivery, or it was returned to Amazon damaged, who then did not check the product for damage and just put it back in stock. In either case, I do not think the issue was caused by the manufacturer at all.

Great infrared heating pad. Penetrates the muscles to ease pain and discomfort. Well worth the money for that friend or loved one that has chronic pain. Very sturdy and controller is easy to use. Best heating pad around in my opinion
