Good product bad company
Had to return it due to broken base that they said would leak water. Other than that, it was a nice looking dishwasher. Still waiting their reply, they recieved it on 6-26.

No repairman works on SPT appliances.
NO ONE repairs SPT appliances. I bought an SPT (Sunpentown) built-in dishwasher, model no. SD-9252SS. In less than 2 years, the control panel stopped working. I called repairmen within 10 miles of here, and none of them had even heard of it. None would touch it, because they did not know the brand, did not have parts, and could not warrant the work. When I called SPT, they offered to teach me *over the phone* how to repair dishwashers, and to sell me parts from California. I am a landlord, not an appliance repairman. I asked, “What happens if the repair doesn’t work? Or when it breaks again?” And the weedy little guy in California said, “Well, we can troubleshoot it for you, and recommend parts … .”Buy from an established brand that has approved repairmen and a parts inventory. I am now buy a new dishwasher, even though this one is less than 2 years old.
