great dishwasher
I am very pleased with this dishwasher, and was so thankful that it was delivered right to my door. Locally, the stores that carried dishwashers wanted anywhere from $75 to $95 to deliver the item in our small town. Thank you Prime. A local service man installed it for a reasonable price, and the machine works great, cleaning the dishes very well, and almost silent as it works. The only problem I have had is that the little rubber/plastic piece that keeps the runners on the upper shelf in their channel and stops it from coming all the way out kept popping off. I had some good glue, and glued them on, and everything has been fine since. The manufacturer needs to address that problem, otherwise I would give the machine five full stars. I am very pleased with it and its good work.

Terrible dishwasher
Horrible unit, I kept it because way too much to return. Does not dry, washes horribly, it sticks in wash mode and next to impossible to open unit and get it to restart. That’s what I get for going cheap..pay extra get a goid unit this one isn’t worth 5.00

Love the looks and capacity. Super quiet. Lots of room and versatility, but I havenât mastered the control panel. The manual isnât very clear and thereâs no other help online, so Iâm winging it.

No support for problems!
Bought this through Amazon and it will be the last time I buy a major appliance through them. Having problems with the dishwasher. Very poor user manual and no one nearby to service. They are requesting I return the dishwasher to California to service. I would recommend to avoid this company.

Garbage product and shady seller
This dishwasher came scratched and did not work properly. Wouldn’t clean or dry a load of dishes that were rinsed well before loading. Used cascade and jet dry which I never had issues with in my old dishwashers. I was able to return the product, but the seller never refunded me. They stopped responding to messages after the item was returned and had to have Amazon intervene to get my refund. Amazon had to file a claim and I finally got my refund after a month.
