Very good product, it works…
Packaging and delivery should improve. One guy can’t deal with this monster (48″ range), you need a crew.. How hard is that to automate… Same applies for conversion manual from gas to propane… To be fair, when I called support, lady was helpful, new instructions pdf was great to confirm work being done. But when all this is done, this thing rocks! You have professional cocking machine! Easy to clean, spacious and requires 5/8″ or 3/4″ gas line input… not to mention a range hood!
