BEST HEATER
Just pure heat. No wind blowing that dries and ages my skin, no noise that drives me crazy, no glaring red light that annoys me, no smell after 1 day. There is a weak plastic smell on 1st day but it’s gone by the next day. I need to get another one for my other room!Yes it gets hot on the outside frame but it’s perfect for warming up frozen hands, not hot enough to burn my skin.Yes it hooks up with the smart home app so I can turn it on from my bedroom on my phone before I enter the livingroom. It doesn’t have scheduling like “turn on at 8am” it only has timer like “stay on for 2 hrs”. But if I really want scheduling I think I can figure out using the automator but so far I dont need it.I don’t mind the shiny plastic sheet visible thru the mesh as mentioned on some other review, coz I know that is the infared heat film itself and that’s just how it is. It’s a great technology!

Not infrared
Item is not infrared and does not throw heat more than one foot in front of it. Infrared is is supposed to be felt on objects and people that are in direct line of of device. This heater is basically a radiator that all heat it gives off goes directly up into the ceiling. It essentially an electric Mat that you would use in radiant flooring for heat. It does get hot but you might as well get an oil radiator heater because at least the oil retains some of the heat and when it gets to temp, turns off saving you some money, instead of constantly needing to run. I would prefer to get a real radiant heater, so that i feel warm instead of it taking forever to try to heat the entire room. I love whatever genius made up this marketing scheme to waste my time and theirs (20â+ heat wave distance what a joke). Ps they sell the same one on eBay for 80 bucks so donât get ripped off here for $279 or whatever ridiculous price they have.

This is a good heater. Itâs easy to use and a compact size. Itâs very quiet and warms the room and no smell. With the remote itâs easy to function and is energy efficient.

Awesome product
I love this heater, mother in law have something similar but this is way better, safer, easy to operate. It is a great size to warm up any room quickly and it is so much more quieter than heaters half it size.

Not powerful enough, doens’t worth the price
I bought this heater last Nov and paid $218! I hoped it will heat my 200 sqft bedroom very easily, but it turns out the heater failed to do so. It cannot keep my room to the temperature I set.It is quiet, but it randomly has noise like paper. It is easy to move to another location using the handle.In summary, it doesn’t worth 220 for such a heater. It should be more powerful as the description, I am dissappointed.
