Drink fridge
The style is great and quality of build is very good as well. It came packaged very well but it appears someone had dropped it onto one corner as one of the plastic adjusting feet was shattered. But with most good products I received 2 extra so no problems. The handle was very easy to install and looks very nice. I plugged it in and set the temp to 38 and within about 4 hours it was already there. I let it sit over night for everything to settle and Adjust and it works very well. The adjustability of the shelves is awesome. And they do slide out some so you can reach the product on the back of the rack. The lock on the door is not so great the door will still open a little, but I’ll never use it anyway so that don’t bother me I only mentioned it so if you need to be able to lock it. It does work but be aware the door will open about 3/4 of an inch. Overall this is an awesome fridge it replaced one we have had over 10 years that finally stopped cooling. I’m hoping this one gives the same longevity. I highly recommend this product for quality. And the amount of drinks you can fit.

Great Customer Service Experience
Overall, I am pleased with the Tylza Wine and Beverage Refrigerator that I purchased and the quality of their Customer Support team.I received the refrigerator 9 days ago. At first, I was disappointed because the refrigerator was damaged when I received it. I immediately initiated a problem report via Amazon to invoke the return or replace warranty.Tylza Customer Support responded in less than 24 hours. Upon reviewing the damage photographs I supplied, Customer Support quickly worked to resolve the issue. In lieu of replacing the unit, they offered an option of sending replacement parts with a fair priced discount. They responded to all of my questions and concerned. I had the choice to accept or decline the parts option.So far, I’m very satisfied with wine and beverage refrigerator, it looks great, operated quietly and accurately maintains the selected temperatures in each section.

My refrigerator was beginning to get a little crammed so I decided to get this to store only beverages. Seems to work well. Looks nice and keeps my drinks cold. No issues with shipping or setup. Based on other people’s reviews, I don’t expect this fridge to last more than a year but that’s ok as this is only a temporary solution to my problem.There’s a major flaw with the lock design. The supplied key is not necessary to lock or unlock the fridge. A 7mm Allen wrench will do the trick so I’d be careful leaving alcohol around older teens as they might be able to figure it out and gain access. I have no use for the lock, so this will not affect me but I thought I should mention this.

A great product and I am super pleased with this product
This is a compact sleek looking wine refrigerator! It is quiet and thus far holds the temperatures in the dual zones well. It says it is a 30 bottle capacity but this far I have not been able to accommodate 30 bottles. I have 27 in there now. As I stated in my video it could be how I added the bottles. I will attempt to change them to get to maximum capacity. I also mentioned that a filter change is required which was only mentioned in the booklet that came with it.i love the before arrival customer service.

Beverage Temp Not Going Down to 35F
I bought a Tylza 24″ wine & beverage cooler because the spec stated the beverage section temp can go down as low as 35F while all others I reviewed stated their lowest range was 37F. I like really cold beer and 2 degree difference makes huge difference in beer taste. I plugged in the unit and measured temp inside close to the glass door. It would not go below 43F. The Tylza technician said I have to position the thermometer right in front of the compressor fan to get 35F. It still didn’t go below 39F. You can put only 3 cans directly in front of the fan to get them chilled at 39F. That was not what I expected at all. I hope to return this unit or use it as a wine cooler only. But I am a beer drinker! Bummer!It also get delivered damaged on the front leg, but that was not that big deal since it was installed under the counter.In addition, you cannot pull out wine shelves when you open the glass door at 90 degree. That means the unit cannot be placed in a corner when the opening is restricted to 90 degree. The spec doesn’t say anything about this restrction.3 days after I reported my problems, I received $150 credit as a compensation for keeping the unit, but that doesn’t make my problems go away. I wish they disclose the true temp on the product brochure and prevent disappointed customers like me in the future.
