    Great relief
I was in an auto accident last December and still having issues with my lower back and neck. After reading the reviews I decided to get this one, it heats up quickly and its easy to wrap around my back to give me some warm relief. I can adjust the heat if it gets to warm for me so easy to use and it fits great in my overnight suitcase for when I travel. The price was a deal for the quality and battery life.

    Backache
This is a nicely made product that I received quickly. It was delivered in a premium looking gift box.The integrated stone disks cause it to heat up slowly and gently. The stone disks also cause it to cool slowly when turned off. This happens to work as a very nice feature. The supplied power pack charges quickly and allows the unit to generate untethered heat for several hours when it’s set to its low (green) heat setting. The heating pad came with an integrated power pack attachment cable and a separate power pack charging cable….. but no charger. I’m not sure if that’s the way its supposed to be or the charger was missing. Anyway…. it was not a big deal because my standard cell phone wall charger seems to work just fine. The attachment belt is quite long. Too long for a slim build person so I decided to trim it back with a pair of shears and singed the freshly cut edges on a hot plate to keep the weave from unraveling. This is a great product worthy of consideration that has helped relieve my sciatica.

    This is AMAZING.
I have trouble with my autonomic nervous system, and temperature regulation is a nightmare for me at times. I often get too cold, and so I’ve invested in a variety of heating pads to help me stay warm when my nerves are glitching out. This is the first large heating pad I’ve seen that’s wireless, and it is AWESOME.You basically get a heating pad and a substantial battery pack. The heating pad has a belt with a battery pack pouch that’s attached by velcro, so you can move it around to either side of the buckle as necessary. The heating pad has a small cord that can be attached to the battery pack, which sits in the pouch. Amusingly, the battery pack includes some USB outlets, so you could probably use it for charging a phone, etc. in a pinch, but I recommend limiting it to its intended purpose. The belt has a ton of extra adjustability. I’m not sure how large a waistline it can accommodate, but far more than my ~33” self.It has multiple heat settings. They work well, and I was able to move the belt to my shoulders when I realized my upper back needed the warmth for tense muscles more than my lower back needed it at all. It worked great.I will absolutely be keeping this close for use throughout the year, and I strongly recommend it.

basic yet effective portable heating pad for back
This is a basic budget heating pad for back that works well and provides relief and to a certain degree some support. The quality of the pad is okay and the heating element while takes some time to heat up does get to a comfortable level. It fits well using the buckle strap design though I personally prefer velcro. The battery pack is external to the belt but does have a holding pouch so you can use it when on the go. My more expensive ones have more discreet batteries that make them less bulky so this one could have been a little lighter. Overall, I still this is a good option for the price and does provide comfort for back pain.

Adjustable Heat Levels – Convenient Portable Battery Pack – Slow To Heat Up – Low Heat Output
This heating pad wrap has a lot of convenient features. I really appreciate that it comes with a portable battery pack which makes it really travel-friendly and also gives me the ability to wear it around the house without having to be tethered to a power cord. It also allows for adjustable heat settings at the press of a button. The embedded discs seem to do a relatively decent job of dispersing the heat. They are described as “jade stones,” but I have no way of testing or knowing if they are really jade. The wrap itself is fairly comfortable to wear, and it’s pretty easy to adjust the strap to get a good fit around my waist. However, the straps are a little awkward because there really isn’t a good place to tuck them in. On one side, you can tuck the strap underneath the battery pack pocket, but there is nowhere to tuck the other side, so it just hangs there.I’ve been using this mostly on my lower back, but it would also make a nice option for the abdomen. It could also be laid over a shoulder, or you could lay it flat on your upper back and lean up against it in a chair. The simplicity of just one control button to deal with is also a very convenient feature. So far, I find this heating pad belt pretty easy to use. I haven’t experienced any issues with the battery pack yet, but I’ve noticed a couple of other things I want to mention. Firstly, the device takes several minutes to heat up. I noticed very little heat within the first five minutes. I waited about eight minutes on the highest heat setting, and when I tested it with an infrared thermometer, the readings I was getting ranged between 93 degrees and 114 degrees. The center “stones” are warmer than the outside ones by several degrees. So, there is definitely an issue of uneven heat distribution. The highest temperature of 114 degrees that I was able to record doesn’t come close to the advertised temperature of 149 degrees that is stated in the listing information. So, overall, it’s a simple and relatively nicely crafted heating device with convenient features, but it is slow to heat up, does not distribute the heat evenly, and does not reach the advertised temperatures. It’s still fairly enjoyable to use, though, and I appreciate the portability factor.

    Good portable heating pack
This wireless heating pack is a great option if you need to move around and still need back pain relief. It is great to not have to deal with wires when moving from room to room. The heat output is good enough to help with my back pain and I highly recommend it.
