Top Notch Customer Service
I purchased this product in Dec. 2024 and the heating pad worked fine. About a month later it would not power on. I contacted the seller about the issue and got a very prompt response later the same day on the weekend. After a couple of brief emails explaining the situation the seller shipped out a hassle free replacement. New heating pad seems to be working well so far so I’m giving this 4 stars thanks to the exemplary customer service that I received

Not So Great for Thin People
I am a thin woman and find this heating pad a bit bulky and clumpsy for my body type, It does not mold well to my derrierre/lower lumbar area, esp. when I’m sitting. The super long power cord contantly gets tangled.I do like the control device and the infared lights. It heats up quickly (and quite powerfully) and does provide some relief for my sciatica. If you are heavier set, you may enjoy this heating pad more than me.

As a professional dancer, certified massage therapist and someone with endometriosis, I would definitely recommend the UTK hip Heating pad to my clients and to anyone with injuries, who is highly active, has arthritis or sciatica, or has endometriosis or pelvic or menstrual pain. I truly say this from personal experience- I love this product so much itâs my first review on amazon because im so passionate about ut UTK makes a unique product with jade stones that produce far infrared heat. I can say from experience and comparing other heating products that this type of heat definitely does make a difference and is unique.For injuries Ive personally benefitted from UTK products over the years- I have their mat, but this hip wrapping pad is great given the contours it is designed with and the way it can wrap around your hip and also your shoulder. You could even use it for the pelvis or back too but it gives excellent targeted therapy for your hip when used as designed and could be used for upper traps and shoulders as well. Great therapy for sciatica, low back pain, hip pain, hamstring tightness or injuries, or also hip flexors and tight quads.For endometriosis i need this deep penetrating heat and sometimes I actually find more relief even with heat to the hip so it is perfect but also can be placed like a mat on the front/abdomen too.Im really excited as someone that goes between the US Europe and UK that they’ve updated their products to handle voltages in all of these locations so it can be used it everywhere!

I got this from my husband before his hip replacement. He had a lot of pain at night and laying on a pad didnât work because he needed to be able to move around. This stayed attached to his hip where he needed it and was able to change positions at night and sleep better.
