Best one yet & great customer service
This is probably my 10th heating pad from UTK. Itâs one of the few heating pads that you can use under you without breaking. The cheaper heating pads show pics of people lying comfortably on their stomachs using a heating pad like a blanket. I canât even lie on my stomach and then have a functioning back (and Iâm a fairly lean person, so itâs just silly)â¦anyway UTK is great but this one is especially good because the others are made with stones & the stones loosen over time. Most of my old pads have a heap of rocks at bottom. This one is definitely much better. It did break within a year & the company sent a free replacement, so Iâm very happy. Itâs worth the extra money for both the product & the customer service.

I love this heating pad. It reaches deep into my facet joint pain. It stays hot for ages. Also it does not have the radioactive pressed jade of the other UTK pads.Any Amazon item claiming “negative ions” is selling radioactive products. Gone are consumer protections.

let me first say that I absolutely love this infrared, amethyst, heating pad, and that I use it every night. The combination of infrared with the healing properties of amethyst increases circulation, relaxes muscles, and provides an extremely soothing and deeply penetrating source of heat. If youâre not familiar with infrared heating pads, they operate completely differently than a traditional heating pad in that they penetrate deep into the tissues and theyâre not just heating up the surface of the skin. This is why they provide such a deep level of healing.It is also worth noting that I first purchased this heating pad probably 18 months ago and it suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service through email and received a very quick response and after trying one thing that was recommended which failed to correct the problem I was immediately shipped a brand new heating pad to replace the one that developed an electrical problem. This is an amazing product, and I love the size of it because it can be used on various parts of the body including the back, hip/thigh/glutes, shoulder/neck etc. Extra bonus: if you struggle to fall asleep use this nightly. itâs deep relaxation effect will ease you into a deep sleep. I highly recommend this product.

It’s a very nice pad, appeared to be well made, but it’s somewhat stiff and bulky. I needed a softer, more flexible pad, so I didn’t keep it. Otherwise, it seemed like a very nice, well made, and functional heating pad.

I love this Heating Pad. I have Back and Neck Pain and this Heating Pad makes a great difference for me in reducing my pain.The only thing I don’t like is that it is extremely hard to connect the cord to the Heating pad.
