Compressor stopped working
Compressor stopped working a little over a month after purchase. I’ve contacted support and will update this review based on how they handle this. But, that being said, it is extremely disappointing to have something like this stop working so soon after purchasing.Update: they sent me a replacement and it’s working great! Excellent customer service. I would buy from them again.

The Bangson Refrigerator is banging!
Very nice, little fridge. Holds a desirable amount, and is very efficient. Nice little fridge and the freezer portion is a reasonable size. The design in terms of compartments, with the drawer and bottles compartment on the side is nice, however, I would have preferred another side shelf on the door, instead of the bottles unit. I could store other food products besides bottles of water, which have to be 12 ounce plastic bottles. Nice product nonetheless.

Amazing Customer Service!
My first one did arrive defective right out of the box. However, I understand that sometimes with mass manufacturing a unit could be defective here and there. The customer service immediately sent me a replacement and it arrived very quickly, no extra charge AND they let me keep the broken one! The customer service person I spoke with was very kind and professional, very attentive to the case, and took amazing care of me!The design of this fridge is great for a bachelor or a young couple with no kids. The freezer is huge for a 3.2! You could adequately store roughly 10 to 15 individually packaged pounds of meat in there! A half gallon of milk fits right in the door pocket & you can store 8 cans in the can slot if you drink soda or beer. Plus there’s an additional shelf above those spaces where you could fit cheese and butter! You can easily store 2 weeks worth of meal prep in here, even if storing food for 2 weeks is frowned upon lol. It cools quickly and efficiently, and is very quiet too!Thank you to Bangson for taking care of me!

Stopped working after 7 months
The freezer is nice, lots of space (will fit a full frozen pizza), and keeps things frozen.The fridge was a crap shoot, and was so difficult to find the sweet spot that would keep everything cold but not too cold. Some of my food had ice crystals on it from being too cold, while other items felt just barely cool and I had to throw them away out of fear of spoilage.But all that is moot when the thing doesn’t even work any longer. I suffered a power outage and when I got everything turned back on, this thing did not want to cooperate. I know it has power because 1: everything else I plug into that outlet works, and 2: the light inside the fridge comes on when I open the door, but the motor itself isn’t running and nothing is cooling or freezing. I put all my food into a cooler while I was waiting for the power to come back on, and I ended up having to dump an entire fridge and freezer’s worth of food when the fridge didn’t come back on and I had nowhere to store all my perishables.For the money I spent, and for the brand of this product, I did not expect such poor quality. I only had the thing for 7 months and it’s dead. And of course I’m past the point of getting a refund.What a waste of money.
