Great for relaxation, if you remove the beeper
I love this thing. It’s so relaxing and portable. I like to use it on Max power until it runs out of battery. I highly recommend a thin white baboo shirt to wear under. The design choice I hated was the super loud beep every Time any button is pressed, or when the timer runs out. The sudden super loud beep took away so much from the relaxation. But there’s a solution: pliers. Carefully cut the fabric on the other side of the electronics. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws under where you cut. Then you can take the box apart and remove the circuit board. No need to disconnect wires, just be gentle. The hidden side of the circuit board has a shiny component with a little disk in it. If you have astute hearing, use the beeps to locate it (it’s not dangerous to use the device while disassembled). Then yank it off with pliers. If you are an electrical engineer you might have fancy desoldering equipment. But pliers worked for me. Now no more beep! I patched up the cloth with tape after reassembly. Rise up sensitive hearing gang. My rating: Beep -10/10, everything else 20/10

One Month of Use…Light’s Out
Update…company quickly replaced my unit after 2 lights stopped working.I purchased this product on a day of desperation as I was unable to shake nagging neck and shoulder pain.After using it for a month, it was very helpful at relieving this pain, as many RLT devices would, I suppose.And two days after the return window, I noticed two lights were no longer functioning.So, I am not totally regretful regarding my purchase. It did what I needed it to do. However, I am not sure how long all of the lights will stay functional.P.S. Some reviews say to put this over a t-shirt…hmm…isn’t the whole point is to allow the light to penetrate your skin? I put this directly on my skin and wore a zip up sweatshirt or a robe over it.

Great for muscle spasms
I am really impressed with this item. I have other red light devices and wanted one for muscle spasms in the neck and shoulders. It has various modes and light intensity to provide the best heat level I needed. It even had an app to manage it from the app. Super happy with this product. Is the perfect fit for pain relief and it is designed to fit the neck and shoulders area very comfortable.

This one is the best I have bought, and I’ve had around 15 of them.
I have chronic pain and have ordered infrared light products for several years now. I have probably ordered close to 15 of them. Most only work for a short while and then quit. I shopped for a new one, one that would cover more of my neck area so that I wouldn’t have to keep adjusting it to suit this pain or that. I have a large square infrared pad that remains in my chair, and I use it every time I sit down. It contains the healing stones as well. BUT THIS ONE … is the best I have had by far! Not only is it the perfect shape for the shoulders, upper back, and neck area (if you velcro it in the right place to fit you), but the lights work to affect all areas of the neck, shoulders, and upper back even though the pad is not covered “solidly” by lights. It is the perfect weight, it’s not too heavy, allowing you to wear it as long as you like, and not too light, it stays put comfortably and without any battery pack or cord to hinder the portable experience. I didn’t know if I would like that part, but it charges “super fast,” and the charge lasts a long time. All the different choices they offer for the light options of healing are Fantastic, 1-4 pushes of the button give you different techniques of light therapy. I think that might be the reason this cape works far better than the others in melting away all the pain. The others didn’t do that near as effectively! It boggles my mind. I have to say, I’m glad I finally found this cape and wish I had found it before I bought all the others! For me, this is the Rolls Royce of infrared pads!

Great addition!
Bought this for my skeptical husband, as he was having some shoulder pain. I really believe that it was a beneficial part of his treatment. Now anytime he gets a twinge in his shoulder he throws this on and in a couple days he feels better. I donât think itâs 100% the red light therapy, but I really do feel that it adds to his overall program.
