Crappy service from Sears
The refrigerator door will not stay closed. It pops open. I have called Sears repair for 4 days and spoke to 4 representatives who cannot seem to get the address correct or the dates. They cancelled on us and never said why. Today, they said the technician is on his way and I received a text with the wrong address. This is horrible service and I am surprised at Amazon for doing business like this or allowing it to happen to a regular customer. We order a significant amount of merchandise as a DC government agency and deserve better customer service.

A light would be nice ð
I like the refrigerator itself. However, there is no light in the freezer and a very small not so bright LED light in the refrigerator. I am going to possibly see if there is a different white LED light that can be placed in there. I have no idea but I hope so. I would highly recommend that you depend on the lighting within your house to see in this refrigerator and freezer. Also, it did not come with a middle drawer to put things in so I kept my old refrigerator drawer and put that in there until I find some other storage solution. I am really only keeping this because I am in an emergency situation but I do not think I would recommend it.
