Better than expected
I have always had used refrigerators, and dreaded the cost of a new one, yet being older now; I wanted to hopefully just get one more that actually worked. I got this on a sale pricing which helped, as did the free delivery into my house. While others listed complaints about denting, i was spared that and it was well packed. Had it for several days now and it does what it is supposed to do. It is much quieter than some of the ones I have had before, so much that it is hard to even hear it running. I feel that my experience with this overall should get a good review, since I have found no negative points whatsoever.

Works great, looks nice
I have this fridge in my lab at a community college. It has a nice, simple look and great capacity. Temperature is steady. My only complaint is that the shelving adjustments are molded into the sides, so there are not many ways to adjust them or fine-tune the shelf placement. I’ve had other fridges with the metal shelf holders in the back, which makes for much better height adjustments.But my favorite feature is that the smooth door surface doubles perfectly as a dry-erase board. ๐

Item came damaged. The top door was badly scratched and dented. Hoping our replacement isnรขยยt also damaged.

Basic and does the job
Got a good deal on this. It seems to be a standard refrigerator. Seems to do the job fine. Hopefully it lasts at least 8 years

Works well
We have been using it for a couple months now and it seems reliable so far. We did scratch the freezer door getting it into the house and ordered a replacement door, easy enough and not expensive but the first 1 came dented on the edge. We returned it and got a 2nd one, but this came dented as well, on the front instead. At that point we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning again. We will be trying to get that dent out at home since it’s not on a corner. If it doesn’t come out then our son’s abundant art constantly on the fridge will likely cover it up for years!

The unit stopped working correctly after three years.
I bought this unit in black in September of 2020 during the pandemic appliance shortage. Amazon delivered it in four days. We’ve had Kenmore fridges previously. This one worked well until a week ago. The circuit board controls have failed so that it works intermitantly. Theres no system guarantee like they used to have. I couldn’t find a circuit board to match the model number, an independent repairman advised me, over the phone, to buy another refridgerator. He didn’t want to charge me for a service call to tell me the same thing in person.
