Please, for the love of your sanity, do NOT buy any LG refrigerator product.It will break.They will not fix it.They will not replace it.They will give you a refund…after months of escalations to supervisors, after multiple back and forths with texts and sending pictures…then you get a depreciated monetary value of your frig.In conclusion…don’t ever buy an LG product, ever.

LG is a horrible company with no cs
Horrible refrigerator- weâve had it since March 2022 and itâs suffered multiple ice maker failures. Now the cooling fan is broken and the entire thing is not working correctly. Weâve called LG experienced horrible communications, no follow through on promised open trouble tickets, the service company they use doesnât send an updates about the repairs. Stay away from LG, they are too big to produce quality products and too stingy to make things right when they fail. Absolutely the worst company Iâve dealt with.
