Great machines They clean and dry extremely well. My only critique is the “clothes are done” music is a little long and excessive…. but no big deal.

LOUD!! washer is obnoxiously loud! we have to raise our voice when itâs running in the utility room. Dryer drum light doesnât work. save your money.

Both are terrible! I have the washer and dryer for 2 months and the washer is sitting in my laundry room full of water waiting for a repairman to get here one week later bc it stopped working. Beware! It doesnât spin out towels, you have to spin by themselves with an extra spin adding an additional electricity not to mention that all the cycles are long, no quick wash. It doesnât spit out warm water, only hot and cold. I hate the no agitator feature. Feels like clothes donât get clean. Machine barely moves them. This is why the cycles are so long, to compensate for the loss of motion by the machine.The dryer doesnât dry jeans and towels on a reasonable amount of time. The filter is terrible. The lint is all over the place. So sorry I bought them.

Avoid like the plague; will not save money, will not save water I got mine from Lowe’s, but I’m writing this to prevent you from making the same mistake as I did. This washer has wasted more water than it will ever save. It has spent two saturday afternoons filling with water, emptying, spinning one or two rotations, then repeating. You have to reset it every time you use it or possibly wind up in that infinite loop cycle (don’t leave home when you run it – stay there to babysit it – made that mistake twice). Unplug it each time you use it and don’t plug it in until it is time for a wash. You’ve been warned.

No power cord is included!:( Received our new Samsung washer and dryer pair today. They LOOK great. But Samsung DOES NOT include the power cord to plug in and use our new dryer :(needless to say we were very disappointed. This crucial part should be included with your purchase. Thought I should let future buyers know. We were looking forward to using it today. But we will need to purchase the new cord 1st.
