A beautiful stovetop. Great customer service.
The first stove sent, we had a problem with a gas leak that we could not get fixed. I contacted them, and the were quick to try to help solve the problem. when it couldnât be solved, they sent another stovetop within 2 days. The stove is beautiful and works wonderfully. The costumer service was excellent. A good value for your money.

Returned, Unsafe to Install
The professional installer said the fixture that connects the stove to the natural gas line is unsafe and will cause a gas leak. Talked to a support person who promised to call back with an answer. No response back. Returned the item.

Beautiful update to my kitchen
This was definitely a step up from the stove top it replaced. I did not comment on easy to install because although the dimensions were correct to make the cut out the right size you still have to get a professional to install it but they didnât take very long to do so.

Flimsy metal and too small
Tried to replace a GE rangetop with this.. it didn’t fill up the same space, so it was quite obvious where the old one was based on the wear in the countertop. The feel of this is also quite cheap.. I guess that was to be expected based on the price.After returning this, I went to lowes and got a whirlpool range.. yes, it was twice as much, but trust me.. when you see the the whirlpool vs this thing.. you will know it’s worth it.

Slow ignite. You have to hold a while on the ignite button for the flame to stay or else it shut off then you have to reignite again and hold again

The installation was done by a professional gas fitter, which was an extra cost for me on top of purchase price. When starting each burner holding down to start the igniter and the moving toward high flame the burners light up nicely, but as soon as the button is lifted and sparkers are turned off the gas also goes off..Some times takes like 5-6 tries to get the gas started and kept on. It’s not a lack of gas being supplied it is something up with the switches. If I could fix this some how my review would be lifted to 5 stars.
